82nd EyeCare

Got to my appointment about 2 minutes late but receptionist was very friendly and got me helped right away! My eye exam was super fast and I was ready to pick out some glasses as soon as I knew it! Staff for choosing frames were amazing and always eager to help. I was helped my a gentleman named Mike when I finally narrowed down what I wanted and it was two options.. Mike was very patient with me and answered every question I had with ease. He even went on to tell me what almost every feature meant on the things I added to my lenses and even told me about some other new products that I knew nothing about! Thanks Mike! Big fan of this LensCrafters location from doctor to staff.

I am happy to write this for all the staff at 82nd EyeCare. a I was able to come in and make an appointment. Then they told me that they had a opening now which was perfect timing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Eye test was easy the doctor very professional and answered all my questions. I recommend 82nd EyeCare. They are professional, knowledgeable and they care. I will be one of their customers from here on.

I asked them to confirm my insurance when we booked the appt and was assured it was in network. Showed up to the appt and was told I'm not in network and had to cash pay. Had three different associates pushing me to shop after they've already blown my budget on cash-pay. I'll buy lenses elsewhere. Reception and Dr were nice, but that never should have happened.

Spencer got me in quickly even though I was very early.He is a Gem! And Dr.Ogata had a terrific bed side manner.And was very very professional.I will definitely return next year! Mike and Alma were awesome. They both provided such great service.They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They both made the process very easy. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained my eye health in a way that was easy to understand. They are a great team at the Clackamas Town Center Lens Crafters.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff member at the front desk was very efficient and accommodating when I had difficulty activating my health savings account. Dr. Ogata was thorough and very pleasant, answering all the questions I had about my changing eyesight.

We've been using 82nd Eye care since we have moved From the East Coast. Wonderful doctors and technicians Alma was most helpful and delightful yesterday for both my husband and myself. Always recommend this eye care. Six years ago, the eye doctor found that my husband had had two strokes, (yes, by the pictures of his eyes) and within a week he had had surgery for his carotid artery. Literally saved his life. Forever grateful!

I have been to several different lenscrafters. This one is amazing. They're very friendly and professional. They answer all your questions. They're not judgy at all, and they explain the process completely.
