Had a really good experience at Lens Crafters in Happy Valley at Clackamas Town Center. I didn't think they would have glasses that fit me and Katie was able to help me. She picked out a few frames for me to choose from. She measured me both through their application and manually to ensure I got a proper fit. I will definitely be back and recommend going there.

I went in to make sure I spent all my money on my HSA for the year. Jeremy helped my out a lot to go over the various ways that would best use my funds along with a couple options that would get me a rebate as well to maximize savings. I'm so thankful for the wonderful service and the nice & pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much Jeremy!!!

It was my first time here and I got the pleasure to be helped by katie she was so kind and so amazing! The whole experience was amazing and the rest of the staff was amazing so kind to every single customer who walked in ! And even when the phone rings they would pick up and tell customer that they were busy but would call them back ! Can you say AMAZING ! You don't see that anymore! I will be doing all my business with them from now on!!!

My appointment with Dr. Lieu went quick and it went super smooth. She was super nice and seemed to care if I had anything I was concerned about. Katie my salesperson was patient, super sweet and really nice. Picking out new frames went smooth and she was very, very helpful. She was also very personable. I'm definitely going to continue coming here.

Very happy with the service. The Doctors paid close attention to what i was saying anout how my vision had changed. They went the extra step in making sure my vision was comfortable for me. So glad Kiazer teame up with Lens Crafters

My recent experience at LensCrafters was incredibly disappointing. I visited the store to purchase new frames and lenses, specifying a particular model, but was dismayed to discover upon pickup that a different model had been used without my consent. Additionally, the promised final finish was not achieved, as the lenses were protruding from the frames. Furthermore, despite being assured that I would receive a notification when my items were ready, I never received a call. I had to reach out to the store myself, only to find out that my order had been ready for pickup without any communication. To make matters worse, the lens service for my Oakley frames was executed poorly, resulting in a subpar final finish with noticeable protrusion, particularly on the right side. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand like Oakley which I have experience and it never came in that condition with my current prescription. I requested the best features in those lenses and it is noticeable the right lenses is not pushed correctly to the side face. Even more frustrating was the lack of knowledge and authority displayed by the representative during pickup. I was directed to speak with the manager, adding further inconvenience to an already frustrating situation. Overall, my experience at LensCrafters was a complete waste of time (more than 2 weeks for nothing) and effort (I live far away from the store). I now have concerns about potentially losing my first insurance coverage benefit if I attempt to get a refund on these items (My VSP Issurance give me the highest discount on the first item and I may lost this if I go for refund). As I live far from the store, returning for resolution is not practical. I was told that the manager would contact me regarding these issues, and I sincerely hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend LensCrafters to others. I urge potential customers to reconsider before choosing LensCrafters for their eyewear needs.

The good parts: staff were friendly and helpful, as well as patient while I decided on frames. Overall price was notably lower than an estimate for something similar at a competitor. We have received our glasses and are happy with them. The bad parts: price and what we were paying for was murky. The assistant claimed he gave us an extra $50 off, though I can't find evidence of that on the long receipt. What I do see is two charges, one for me, one for my husband, for a protection plan we never asked for nor were asked if we wanted. This is not something we would have chosen, but I see now we were charged $44.99 each for this plan.
