If you need a prescription, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Steven Clark. He rushed through the eye exam and gave me a prescription that was completely different from my previous one--and clearly incorrect. I trusted it and ended up spending hundreds of dollars on two pairs of glasses that didn't work for me at all.
When I brought up the issue, the staff offered nothing but a simple apology and made me wait a long time for a proper re-check. There was no effort to compensate for the inconvenience or the money I lost.
If you plan to visit this place, I suggest getting your prescription from a different doctor.

Everything human-related was wonderful - from the online scheduling, phone confirmation and insurance conversation, greeting at the store and check-in, the tech who did the retinal imaging, the doctor who did the exam, and the post-exam follow up, to the very helpful optician.
Not many of the frames were to my very persnickety taste, but I thought the price points and options were great. The one thing I think could be improved was the cleanliness of the lenses in frames, though I'd give TONS of leeway because it was Black Friday. Thanks to the whole crew for an excellent experience of care.
