Happy Valley Vision Source

This is my second year with them, and I can honestly say they have a winning team here. They've got their business running so smoothly and efficiently. From the friendly reception staff, to the helpful nurse, to the knowledgeable MD, and especially the very patient ladies who wait patiently while you find just the right frame--everyone is exceptional. I highly recommend this place! Both my husband and I will definitely continue using their outstanding service.

Dr. Chiu is the best!! She really cares and is so patient. I first saw Dr. Chiu when she was a provider at another clinic. As a new contact lens wearer at the time, she really took the time to figure out what lenses would be best for me and my high astigmatism. She was so patient with me when I struggled through different brands and powers. She helped me find the best fit for me and I'm very grateful for that. Dr. Chiu is thorough, pays attention to all the little details, and you can tell she cares greatly about her patients. I love her so much, I followed her to Happy Valley Vision Source! I'm so glad I did. The whole team was wonderful from start to finish. I loved the Receptionist, Technician, and the Optician. My exam was at the end of the day but I never felt rushed to leave so that they could close. The energy was positive, warm, and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Such a great place! I've been coming here since I was a kid (so like 20+ years!!!). I had always been met with the kindest people and super comprehensive care! The doctors are super knowledgeable and it shows they care about their patients. Love this place!!

Everyone was so welcoming, patient, friendly and supportive of my daughter at her first eye exam. They did a great job explaining everything to us. Highly recommend!

Great office with professional staff, modern equipment and a knowledgeable optical dept. Dr Chiu was very thorough and answered all my questions during my exam. This office is the best in Happy Valley and SE.

I went here as a new patient for a routine eye exam in March, and it turned into months of frustration. I chose this place as it was close to my house and had great reviews I thought I could trust. After they changed my prescription, my vision became blurry. I went back multiple times asking for a prescription recheck since that is exactly what started this and was told it was just allergies, then dry eyes, and was put on steroid drops that didn't help. My vision stayed blurry for months, and no one seemed to take anything I was saying into consideration. I called and even went in person several times begging for answers, but the doctor did not follow up with me the multiple times they said. I finally went to a different eye doctor -- and found out my prescription had been wrong this entire time. It was only after this I had finally gotten a call back and at this point I was so disappointed in them. This whole ordeal caused me so much stress, headaches, and anxiety and cost me so much money. I felt ignored, dismissed, and completely let down. I really wanted to work things out, but I unfortunately would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thorough care or follow-up.

Been coming here for a few years now. Consistently incredible service throughout the process, be that my annual exam or while choosing new eyewear. Each person I have encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions and concerns.

Dr. Chan and Jenny were great! This was my 1st eye exam on 5 years and it was so comfortable to be there. I love the staff and the service.
