NOT OPEN TILL 8PM! I'm not sure why the hours Google have posted are 6am to 8pm. That is not correct. I went by those hours and showed up at 7pm to pick up my glasses and they were closed. Hours pisted on the door are 7:30am to 6pm. Went back a couple days later and arrived at 5:45. Confirmed with staff they close at 6. I've tried to suggest an exit to Google but they won't change it. Otherwise this is a great place. Always friendly staff and very helpful. Have been in and out quickly every visit.

Staff got me in on time, prepped and ready for imaging. Reassured me, made me comfortable and checked in with me often. Procedure completed as quickly as possible and I was in my way home in good spirits. Staff at this site have always been polite and professional.

The appointment was good, no complaints! Unfortunately I left my bag in the lobby and only realized it when I got home. Of course I headed straight back to pick it up but tried calling in the meantime. My only option was the mainline and I was told THEY didn't even have a contact for the receptionist and my only option was to leave a message for a doctor and wait. There needs to be a better way to communicate in real time. Thankfully my bag was still where I left it in the lobby but I could've used some basic courtesy that would have saved a lot of stress.

The staff were professional and personal. Dr Wynn was awesome. She is professional and meticulous about details like cleanliness. But the wait after check in was long, over an hour before I was seen. One patient remarked, "this is one place you don't have to come 15 minutes ahead of your appointment." They need help.

The technician was not helpful. I've never been in a MRI machine before and didn't know I was in for a disturbing experience. The tech said only, "It'll be around 25 min." Then he pushed the button and I was subjected to a tight enclosed space that felt like I was in a coffin going into an incinerator. The noise was deafening and exasperating. When he let me out he said, "Any questions?".

I thought my appointment was a half an hour earlier than it was, so my weight was extra long! But not your fault. My doctor was quick and obviously on top of her game, and her explanations were clear and I was impressed by her competence!

Very efficient service. Tech was great. Felt comfortable with doctor. It was a little upsetting to hear that a 'freckle' could turn into melanoma. But doctor seemed a little nonchalant about it which I guess helped to lessen my fears. I should have asked more questions since he didn't go into a lot of detail. The purpose of visit was to learn about surgery for wandering eye and the doctor addressed all the issues I had around that issue. I always forget that my eyes will be dilated. It was a difficult drive home. Next time, I'll have someone drive me. Overall, good visit.
