We have been going here for a few years and have had a great experience every time! Both the doctor and front office staff are patient and kind. It is a boutique style experience that includes a nicely designed office and a nice selection of frames to purchase. I am writing this review because of the great patience the entire staff had with my 13 yo daughter who was trying contacts for the first time. I was sure it just wasn't going to work for her and they took their time and were soooo incredibly patient. Multiple staff members took easily a half hour working with her to support and encourage her and teach her what to do to wear contacts. I would highly recommend River City Eye!

In particular I visit the Happy Valley store, as it is close to home. During my visit yesterday, I was very pleased with all of the staff and service; especially from Paige. She did a wonderful job in helping me to figure out what I need. She was also very patient in explaining things to me and also helping me to "whittle down" the price without compromising what I need in eye glasses.
