Dr Herb Johns OD

Went in for an eye checkup. Dr. Johns discovered some small tearing on the back of my eyes. Caused by stress or high blood pressure.Told me to get my blood pressure checked by my primary Dr. - Turns out I needed high blood pressure medication. And Dr Johns gave me a prescription for new glasses. Fast, easy, convenient location when you need a Costco trip too.

Where do I begin? Lets see....Axis on one eye way off...refused to change it even though THREE other doctors got the right number (which the other three doctors prescribed me perfect glasses). Made an appointment at costco with the other doctor that works there (as I didn't want to go back to Dr. Johns). Showed up, got dilated and in a room, and Dr. Johns walks in the door. I asked where the other doctor was...he said he decided to take the day off so he was covering. UGH too late! This time he changed the axis number by a whole 2 points...STILL WRONG! After I left I realized I also needed a prescription for computer glasses with bifocals. Drove all the way back to costco to have him scribble a script in the CONTACT LENS rx area and didn't sign it. INVALID. Don't waste your time, money and sanity on this man. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bad customer service, been trying to get contact with them and their calls drop. Have to ask repeatedly for my prescription information. Dr Herb is kind and always treated me with kindness when I'm in his care. Just a ish his receptionist's customer service can do better.

Excellent FAST service! The dr is very nice and kind! Not to mention they're the cheapest in town! I'll be recommending this all of my friends!!
