I was very happy with my visit today!! The office staff greeted me warmly and the nurse was very informative about the procedures she was doing. The.doctor treated me with respect and answered all my questions and never made me fees like I was wasting her time. I am delighted and am appreciative of the care I received. Thank you.

I'd give her ten stars if I could. This was my first visit and I'm so very impressed. She is very thorough and patient, she answered all my questions and then some I'd not thought of. I was shown photos of cataracts and how it applies to me so I could make an informed decision on the surgery, or wait if I wanted to. I absolutely love her and will recommend her to all my friends and family.

If I could give no stars I would. I would have been a new patient, I called to make an appointment and let them know I was running out of contacts and wanted to schedule an appointment. It was almost a month away. I said that would be fine and booked it. Few days before my appointment, I was called because they had to reschedule me for some reason. At this time I said I only had a couple pairs left of contacts and if they can give me some samples to make it til the next appointment that they scheduled me for. They said they couldn't and didn't have any at the moment. So I have been wearing my contacts for a while which I know is really bad for my eyes but have no choice because otherwise I would be blind. So we went ahead and rescheduled me for another day later on in the month. Now 5 days before our new date, I got a call again that Dr Felde had to reschedule me again for a second time, that she couldn't see me and her week was busy and her next availability would be a month or so away. I couldn't believe it! I once again mentioned that I am blind and out of contacts if they could please give me a few to get by til the new appointment. Answer was no. This place is unprofessional, have no sympathy or acknowledge what they are putting people through. Also not once did they say they were sorry. I will not be rescheduling or going to this place anytime.

Always a pleasure to visit Dr Felde. She's gentle and thorough. Very nice Clinic in good location with exceptional staff. Large selection of frames for glasses with professional fitting. Convenience of exam and ordering glasses in one visit.

Dr Rebecca is so patient I also come in with my kids and their loud and crazy and she's great at explaining what's happening but also takes the time to answer any questions that arises at any time! Quick when able to but also takes her time when needed as well . One of my kid is worse vision then other 3 and she makes she's to check and recheck her work! 10/10 we love her! Definitely would recommend her to my friends and family!

All personnel in the office were knowledgeable and experienced. The intake, test procedures and exams were conducted professionally. The only delay was for activation of the dilation drops. I am pleased and impressed with the quality of service of the entire facility

Dr. Felde was so patient with my young daughter and explained everything I needed to know in such a kind way. The other office staff were very helpful also. We had a great experience and would recommend this office.

The entire experience at EyeHealth NW was amazing. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and Dr. Felde was thorough in her examination and took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. The Optician was friendly and when asked, would yay or nay the lens choice in the most professional way possible. 100% recommend this location.
