Eyecare Center of Salem

I was greeted by friendly receptionists. Inside felt comfortable and also looked nice and clean. The optometrist assistant was pleasant and courteous. My optometrist, Dr. Bishop, was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 was because I was uncomfortable using the equipment to check my eyes. Even though the optometrist assistant assured me the equipment, where I place my head for eye examination, had been wiped down I would have felt much more confident either seeing this wiped down while present or allowed me to wipe the machine where I put my face.

Always friendly staff and provider. Dr. Bishop provided me excellent and efficient care. Opticians are knowlegeable and professional and helped me pick out the most affordable frames for my new glasses. Excellent service all around.

Beto has been helping me pick out glasses for 20 years, and this visit was another outstanding experience. He patiently guided me until I found both a budget-friendly attractive pair and a high end trendy pair from their large selection. He went above and beyond on two follow-up visits, and the rest of the team was kind and professional. Excellent job Beto!

So helpful with my budget, and I felt they worked super hard to make sure my eyesight would be improved with the prescription. The whole process was comfortable and having my 4yr old with me,the staff was so kind in helping with him so i could focus on my appointment:)

I love the care of Dr. Bishop. He spends time explaining things and gives people with no insurance a discount. It's nice to be able to see clearly again....

Very good customer service. Dr. Bishop offered a lot of options for treating my eyes/vision concerns. They helped me find a solution. I did not even know was an option when I went in, but I think I will like better than the other options.
