Dr. Harrington is as thoughtful and as professional as they get. He is a very positive person even if some of the diagnosis you get isn't the best news. His assistants, or technicians are the best. They answer all my questions without making me feel like I'm bothering them, and actually seem to be happy to answer them. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for thorough, quality care.

This was my visit with Dr Harrington. I came in with an eye irritation/infection as a walk-in: i had no appointment. The office was able to put me into the schedule that morning. He has a warm personality, seems very knowledgeable, is patient, listens well, ready to answer questions and provides explanations in a straightforward manner. I would certainly go to him for my subsequent visits.

I have always had great service with Dr. Harrington but today was even better. His assistant that was there today was absolutely wonderful. (I completely apologize that I don't remember her name) She and Dr. Harrington listened to my concerns and got me all fixed up. In addition, I had to bring my granddaughter with me and she thought they both were so funny! I completely recommend Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons. I am not sure if Dr. Harrington is taking new patients, but if he is, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. John Harrington graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1993 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University and completed his training with a residency at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Center Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
