Have been going to this clinic for 30 years +. It was close to home, decent parking, medical staff is terrific, office staff can vary. Dr East got me in for cataract surgery on both eyes with a week or two in between surgeries. It was wonderfully and professionally done, absolutely no pain, great drugs and outpatient - I felt fine but had my sister drive both times. After only being able to see the BIG E, my eyes now 2020 for long distance and wear glasses for reading and computer work. To give them five stars the waiting time at the regular clinic has to be less - 15 minutes in the entry area; 15 more in the specialized area; plus 10 minutes in the exam room waiting for someone. An appointment at 10 should be at 10 not 1030, 1045 or 11.

Great experience after a awful experience at another clinic I was somewhat traumatized. Dr. Kwong set everything straight in a matter of 2 visits after struggling for 7 months elsewhere. I'm very happy I came here. Everyone was super nice from a guy offering me water to the warmth of the front desk people and Dr. Wong's understanding and patience. The office had to reschedule an appointment and they called like four times to make sure I got the message. AND an actual person called not a text or some weird robo call.

Adam Shupe is a great doctor. He was great with my young son, my father and myself. Went there for a couple of years with no issue. On my last appointment however, my insurance had changed. When I called to make the appointment, I was told they couldn't even schedule the appointment before verifying insurance. So I provided the new information, she verified it was in network and scheduled the appointment. I showed up, provided a copy of my insurance, and still was not notified of any issue. A few weeks after the appointment, I received a bill for almost $300! When I called and asked why, I was then told they didn't take my insurance and that is why I received the bill. Absolutely incompetent and ridiculous. After several months of arguing they finally offered me a 20% discount to compensate me for my troubles. Will never go back there again.
