I was very impressed with the care that I received at this clinic. Dr. Baynham was friendly and you can tell he is an exceptional retina specialist. He was very thorough in order to reach an accurate diagnosis and clearly explained all of the details. He really sets the standard in specialty eye care and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

The Dr. SCOTT took care of my Dad he's fine and the team just wish the "wait" time would've been a little better. An appointment could end up literally hours and so ..one time come in early as the time of appointment ended noon.

I've been seeing Dr McClintic for several years. Recently I had another issue develop. I was amazed at the the quick actions that were taken to protect my eye health. I really appreciate the individual attention and caring. Dr. McClintic has been someone I can really depend on. The office and staff are very professional and work so well together.

Before my Mother passed away in January 2025, she asked me to write a review on her behalf about Salem Retina Consultants and one of the doctors there. My Mom suffered an aneurysm that caused near-blindness in her left eye in January 2022 and sought professional help from Retinal Consultants because they took her insurance. My Mom had a medical background and advanced medical terminology and her medical questions seemed to bother Dr. Michelotti. Dr. Michelotti's arrogance only compounded her ignorance; she didn't seem to know what "prognosis" meant and refused to clarify what could cause my Mom's failing sight. Sometime later, after my Mom lost sight in her eye and discussed the situation with me, she asked Dr. Michelotti to surgically remove the eye or schedule surgery with someone else. Dr. Michelotti refused her request. However, my Mom's medical records show *she* refused to consider surgery when Dr. Michelotti knew that was false. My Mom formally complained about Dr. Michelotti's substandard care and the altered medical records to management, who sided with their doctor. You can't trust a doctor or their place of business when they show that level of indifference and incompetence.

Saw Dr. Michelotti for a few years because my eye was detaching from the wall in the back. She is wonderful, friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and the staff here.

Excellent staff. The whole experience ran like a well oiled machine. Everybody was busy but still very attentive to every patients. I had confidence in each step of my process and left knowing I had received excellent care. Dr. Michelotti was very thorough and explained my situation and the tests she ordered so that I understood clearly what was happening to me. Five stars!!

After a routine visit to my local eye doctor sent me into a bit of a panic (due to an unexpectedly serious diagnosis & lightning-fast referral for emergency surgery) the staff & surgeon at Retina Consultants were terrific: friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. I had follow-up appointments at 2 (of their 3) offices, and I very much appreciated the care that was taken to maximize patient and staff safety. I was impressed by the seamless progression from check-in to exam to surgery to check out, and appreciated the information shared (about various options if the surgery didn't work) at each of several follow-up visits. A top notch team in a lovely facility doing top notch work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have had great care from Dr. McClintic. We have always left our appointment feeling our questions were answered. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We would recommend everyone to use your clinic for their care. It makes us as a patient feel comfortable and cared for by the doctor and staff.
