Jennifer Burton, Technician/Optician, was wonderful !!! I went to the North Lancaster optical shop because I wanted personal attention. I have gotten mail order eyeglasses previously, with disastrous results :-(((. Although my wife and I had picked out what we thought we wanted ... Jennifer gently steered us towards a better solution. Her knowledge of products offered and experience with customer happiness ensured we finally ordered the best looking, best fitting and best value for us. She should be commended for taking the time to provide personal attention and expert advice. THAT IS EXACTLY WHY EVERYONE SHOULD USE THE OPTICAL SHOP AT NORTH LANCASTER KAISER !!!!!

I was there to get my eyeglasses nose pieces replaced and then adjusted. Stacey M. Steven's greeted me in a friendly professional manner. She asked how she could help. I explained about the nose pieces. Ms. Steven's suggested, after examining the eyeglasses, to replace the nose pieces and then adjust them. She took my eyeglasses and returned in a few minutes. The nose pieces were replaced and adjusted. I tried them on and was very pleased with Ms. Stevens' work. I thanked her and left her desk. I went over to the display of eye wear products. I selected a 4 ounces bottle of lens cleaner and brought it to a gentleman sitting at a desk that was one of two that is closest to the entrance to the Vision Center. As I approached his desk he immediately told me to take a number. I noted that he was not helping anyone. I held up the bottle and said I would like to purchase it. He repeated for me to take a number. I replied that I would put the bottle back on the display and leave. At this point I heard a lady saying that she could help me. I turned and recognized the lady as Ms. Stevens. She called me over to her desk and processed my purchase. She didn't have to but she did and I really appreciate her commitment to providing great customer service. I commend her for it. Please give her a raise, she has earned it. On the other end of the customer service spectrum is the gentleman that told me to take a number when I approached him to purchase the bottle of lens cleaner. I wouldn't have approached him if he had been helping someone but he wasn't and he wasn't on the phone. Why did he refuse to help me? He could learn a thing or two about great customer service and how to treat people from Ms. Stacey M. Stevens. She impressed me with her professionalism and caring. Please tell her thank you for me.

I loved Dr Reed, he is an excellent eye doctor. He explained everything. He took my concerns about my daughter seriously and explained a plan that made sense. Probably the best optometrist i have ever seen. Very happy.

Great help in picking out frames, etc! Stacey was exceptional!!

The person who assisted me in purchasing my new frames ( David) was extremely helpful. He picked some frames based off what I wanted and allowed me to do the same, and then I tried on each pair and was able to have a conversation about what I did and didn't like about each pair. He helped me feel like my decision wasn't rushed, and that I was making the best choice of frames to suit my particular style and budget.

A big shout out to Lancaster KP optical department! Jude especially took her time with me and I never felt rushed or that I was just another ticket. She made sure I had my needs met on selection and comfort. Thank you

The entire process was a pleasent experience. The ophthalmology tech was friendly, the dr. was couteous and clearly explained all the procedures, and Stacey went above and beyond assisting us with picking out frames and placing our order. Overall customer service was stellar

Dr. Hinds, and Trish were very informative and thorough. I was informed by staff every step of the way. They took the time to read my chart!! They were warm and friendly. I felt like I was the only patient they had. Thank you very much. I truly appreciate it.
