The entire experience was great from start to finish. Scheduling and completing my appointment was so easy, and the doctor and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What stood out to me most was how clearly the team explained my options and the costs upfront. In the past, I've dealt with surprise charges, so this level of transparency was huge for me. It truly made this a unique and stress-free experience. I never felt rushed or like a burden. it was clear that everyone genuinely wanted to help and make the process smooth. I'm excited to get my new glasses!

Susan who works at the visionworks retail desk, was absolutely amazing. I was in a tricky spot with my Insurence and timing for getting my contacts and she went above and beyond to work out a solution for me. The ladies at the front desk if the optometrist office were also amazing. They were friendly, kind and funny and super understanding of my situation, offering me options and suggestions for what might work best. The woman who gave me my contacts class was great, very informative and super relatable. When I called on the phone, everyone I talked to was super helpful, kind and informative too. Usually using medical/eye Insurence can be intimidating, but all of these women made the process so easy to understand and were kind enough to repeat themselves for my own understanding WITHOUT being condescending. I am so greatful for the care and service I received at this visionworks, I hope in the new year, all of these women get a raise. Cheers and thank you!

Dr. Freeh and his staff are consistently great at what they do. I've been going to VisionWorks since it was Lancaster mall and am happy to remain a loyal customer. The staff on the clinical side are always chipper and appear happy to be working where they do. The front office staff are helpful but aren't the friendliest of faces when you walk in. One smile goes a long way in customer service and I hope that's improved upon and encouraged for patient/customer experience.

VISIONWORKS, Customer service bar none, you're on Top. Making the choice of what frame to buy was the hardest thing. There are so many frames to choose from. After you make your selection, everything else is a breeze. Buying a second pair of frames was half off, took my insurance. Was out the door in no time. The glasses arrived within no time. Earlier than expected. Had to make a correction, that too wasn't a problem at all. They offer you 30 days to do so. After the correction i was given 100 days, they just want to make sure that the glasses are going to be Perfect for you. Never had this kind of service and pride by any other eyewear company. Definitely check them out. I'm so happy with them, walked-in had no appointment. Couldn't be happier. 'VISIONWORKS see the difference' It's a can do company.. bought at Salem and picked up at Eugene. It's all possible. Fast turn around.

I absolutely loved there selection of glasses. The variety is amazing. Prices can't be beat either. 3rd place I went and I bought my new trendy glasses from here. Most definitely will return and will tell everyone about them.

The whole staff was incredibly nice, answered all my questions, and were very efficient. Didn't even make fun of me after telling them my last eye exam was in high school.

Horrible place. They messed up and want me to pay. I called ahead to have my prescrition printed out when I pickec up my contacts as I have to take Uber there $30. They did not print it out and later when i called they said $15 to mail it, or spend another $30 for an Ubet to drive there???? then tells me its my fault, im lying i never called, that if I had called they would have done it?? I understand you hear that maybe the lady on the phone forgot to do it which is fine which is why I called back and calmly asked them to just pop it in the mail she got very argumentative with me told me I was lying that never happened and that's the only option they had was for me to come down there or send $15 to put it in the mail a stamp does not cost $15. I can understand if I made the mistake but I didn't I get customer service should say she came down there she has already spent a lot of money with us it was a simple error let's just do good customer service and put it in the mail but no calls me a liar said that phone call never happened the only option that they have is I can come down there spend money on an Uber or give them 15 more dollars to mail something. ?? do not go here.

Everything was good except the white lady at the front had too much attitude & made me feel uncomfortable, I didn't get her name but you can just tell she hates being there or dealing with certain customers even though I did nothing wrong she made me feel unwelcome. Everybody else was great that's why I give this place a 4
