Shout out to Dr. Wu and Peter in Ardmore. My experience was amazing!! Dr Wu examined my eyes. Very warm and welcoming. Dr Wu explained everything she was doing, which made me feel so comfortable with her. She was absolutely awesome!! Peter helped me find my new specs, which I absolutely love and can't wait to get. I've worn glasses since the 3rd grade. Discovered See about three years ago, Absolutely LOVE it! Always a slamming selection of totally unique styles. First year I bought 2 pair. Last year I bought 3 pair. This year, yup, 4 pair. At this point, See frames are definitely my vice! #iloveithere

Love the selection, quality and styles at SEE. I've been a customer for 21 years, since I visited the Boston store on Newberry Street. The staff at SEE Ardmore are AMAZING...especially Peter and Kayla. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient. SEE in my only go to for glasses.

Their help was absolutely amazing--friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. I've gotten so many compliments already! The whole process, from browsing to final purchase, was seamless and actually fun--something I never thought I'd say about shopping for glasses. See Eyewear is peddling low-quality eyewear at designer prices. My glasses lasted less than a year and required significant repairs and replacement. When I informed See Eyewear employees of my issues, I was rudely dismissed! Instead, they offered me 50% coverage under the worst eyewear warranty I have ever encountered. I purchased frames and prescription lenses in May of 2024. The salespeople were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable before I bought the glasses; however, this attitude takes a 180 turn when you come back for repair. During my purchase, I was encouraged to upgrade my lenses to their platinum version - an additional out-of-pocket cost of hundreds. This was the advice of the saleswoman and the optometrist (I was surprised when he revealed he was the doctor, as he had functioned as a salesperson during previous visits). My glasses barely lasted a year. Specifically, the lenses began yellowing around the 6-month mark, distorting my vision. Additionally, the lenses are incredibly prone to wear and tear, and, despite advertising claims, they are not scratch-resistant. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, and the damage is incomparable to anything I've experienced before. The screws holding the frame together are loose and have required constant adjustment. In April 2025, less than a year after purchase, I visited the store to rectify these issues. The saleswoman was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that I was cleaning the glasses incorrectly (notably, I always used a microfiber cloth and spray) by not "rubbing my glasses in a circle." I was told my lenses could be repaired under "warranty" at 50% of the lens price, plus fees. As a longtime glasses wearer, I have never encountered such a poor warranty. The saleswoman became oddly defensive when I questioned the longevity of the lenses. The staff became cold and dismissive. I took the glasses to three different eyeglasses stores, which all informed me that the "premium" grade coating I paid for was nothing more than the cheapest coating available. I also learned that See's products typically fail within a year, and many disgruntled customers seek repairs at other stores. Ultimately, I had to replace the lenses and get the frames repaired. You can pay for similarly trendy designer lenses at a reputable eye retailer, where you can expect consistent customer service and a high-quality product. I suggest you get your glasses somewhere else.

I want to share the fantastic experience I had at See Eyewear from start to finish. I have been purchasing my glasses from them for the last 9 years and this experience is exactly why I keep coming back! The staff were welcoming and friendly. I noticed some new faces that I had not seen before but was so glad to meet Megan, the Regional manager and Gwen, the store manager. See eyewear never fails with the best frames in Philly, to me! Their professionalism, thoughtful guidance, and patience were OUTSTANDING! If you're looking for unique one of a kind glasses, don't walk but RUN to See Eyewear because you will not be disappointed!
