Best place to go for routine eye care! I've been going here for a few years now. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Drs. are great at what they do, very communicative, and are focused on preventative care, which is wonderful. The glasses selection is good - better than other places for sure - but what I love this that they accept frames that I bring in for new or updated prescription. Oh... and they help adults and children, too, which is SO helpful. Special shoutout to Jay, who is so kind and remembers her customers - that little extra goes a long way! Thanks!

My go-to spot for routine vision as well as medical eye issues. All the doctors I've seen have been great, very attentive and thoughtful. Super patient staff - Dominique spent forever with me picking out glasses and was very kind while I requested to try on pretty much every pair in the store! Appointments sometimes run behind schedule but it's not a dealbreaker, just bring a book! :)

It's been since the 3rd grade that I had to wear glasses. I didn't have a good experience so there was definitely some PTSD there. I was very impressed that I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Nguyen was very sweet and answered all my questions, you can tell that she was very knowledgeable.
I mainly worked with Ms Alina who was super warm and down to earth. Even though I was very serious about the anxiety I was feeling, we were still able to laugh. Her smile is sincere and I felt that. She wore glasses herself and was able to share her experience and made me feel very comfortable. It was an adventure but I went on a ride with a pretty cool team.
I am grateful that I have found City Ave Eye Care.

I accompanied my brother a few years ago when he visited the suite for his eye exam. I scheduled an appointment as I noticed a change in my eyesight. The suite is beautiful and the staff are amazing! Dr. Tellez was great, she was so knowledgeable and friendly. Alina was so patient with me while I searched for a pair of glasses. I can't thank her enough for being such a beautiful spirit. Customer service was amazing! I can't thank the City View Eye Care team enough for their generous hospitality and support throughout this ordeal. I received the same amazing customer service when I picked up my glasses.

They have a great selection of frames here! Jay was fantastic, and very helpful. She even helped me decide which frames looked best. I never felt rushed or pressured while looking around. The glasses even came earlier than expected. I'll definitely be back to get another set of frames here.

I loved the doctors and staff here; however, they never called me back for my trial order after a contact lenses fitting. I should not have to track them down for that, I paid for it. I only noticed because I was about to schedule my yearly visit and remembered I paid for that. Apparently they "tried" to reach me by text? But the only text i've gotten is them asking me to spend my HSA with them, as if.

Dr. Nguyen was nice and welcoming! Really informative as well and did great examining my mom. She also recommended I ask the lady at the front desk to tighten the arms of my glasses and now they feel new again! The last place that tightened my glasses just bent them inwards making them look and feel uneven. The front desk staff also helped me jumpstart my car before. 5/5 customer service lol
