Doctor Tipperman is my primary Opthamologist for about ten years. He and his staff are always very personable and make me comfortable. Staff,and technology,are "Cutting Edge",(To borrow a current cliche). And Doctor Tipperman's surgical skills are " The best there is! He performed two cataract surgeries and my eyes are nearly perfect without any problems. Don't go anywhere else.

We have been with Opthalmic Partner for over 20 years and we have no complaints. It is my mother who is the actual patient and I am beyond please on how they take care of her. Dr Marlene mister was her doctor until she retired and passed the baton to Dr Tina Xia. That transition was the best I had ever seen. We didn't just get a call or letter to inform us of a change is doctors but the 2 worked together for several visits before it was just Dr Xia we were making our appointments with. I love the flexibility of various locations to get you scheduled quickly if an emergency occurs . At the Wills Eye location you have you own separate check in team. The list goes on and on so we will just stop here with this. We absolutely love this team of medical professionals.

Dr. Tipperman has actually returned my phone calls in the evening after hours and has spent substantial time during those calls answering all my questions.
