From start to finish, my LASIK experience was absolutely amazing. I was definitely nervous going in, but Dr. Procope was incredible and made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. He talked me through every single step, reassured me nonstop, and honestly made the whole experience feel way less intimidating. I didn't feel a thing, which still blows my mind.
Dr. Will was also fantastic, so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. And can we talk about the staff? Every single person was warm, supportive, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. You never feel rushed or ignored here, they truly are there for you and it shows.
If you're even thinking about LASIK and feeling scared, trust me, you're in the best hands. Best decision I've made and I would recommend this team a thousand times over.

Walking into Lasik Vision Institute you felt right at home all the nervous energy went right away nothing but comfort & warm smiles from the staff.
From the consultation appointments with Ashley & Tapaenga (it was the level of professionalism & patience from the young people for me Top Tier ladies)
Then the warm greeting and procedure with Dr. Julian Procope who walked me through every step of the process and made me feel comfortable during & after.
But let's not forget the Clinical Optometrist Angelika Magner who took her time to answer all my questions and the warm reassurance she gave me with a Congratulations on my new eyes!

It took me a couple of months to write this because I wanted to be sure, and I am. Every day since my LASIK surgery, I've felt great about the decision. My two friends had theirs done here and loved it, which gave me the push I needed. The team was friendly and professional, and the actual surgery itself was quick (like 10 mins or less?) and easy. Big thanks to Dr. Christopher Williams, my surgeon, and Dr. Linden Will, who handled my initial consultation, both were amazing and answered all my questions along the way. If you're unsure about LASIK, I say go for it! It's been life-changing!

I went for a consultation on Monday and had the surgery on Tuesday. I'm so grateful for everyone. I was very nervous and hesitant going into this, but the whole staff was very friendly and comforting. They answered all my questions and gave me everything I needed for the healing process. The surgery took like 5 minutes and was painless, and now I have 20/15 vision with hardly any dryness, after having -7 and -8 most of my life. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!

Take the leap of faith! I came in to do a lasik consult on 1/10 and walked out on 1/15 on cloud nine after my Lasik. Topanga and Sabria at the front desk were super welcoming, helpful and encouraging! They really helped ease my nerves and made me feel at ease! The whole process was fast, but throughly explained. The team helps walk you through every step and, even after if you have the same questions or more they'll make it clear for you to understand. I couldn't be more happy about my results and I am only a few days post op. Not having to wake up with glasses and pretty much wear them everywhere to do everything has lifted a weigh off my shoulders I couldn't have imagined I'd ever be saying.

I recently had lasik performed at the City Ave location and it was a great experience. The pre-op exam was full of information and Yas was able to answer any questions I could have had. Between pre op and my appointment, I was able to text any questions I had and get an answer pretty quickly. On treatment day everything was seamless. The procedure felt like it took about 5 minutes. At the follow up the next day, I was at 20/15 vision with no pain and minimal irritation.
All the staff are friendly and professional. If I had to make the decision again, I would definitely go for it!
