Doctor Philips has been my Ophthalmologist for over 35 years. My children and my parents has also been his clients. He's very knowledgeable, extremely patient and most of all has compassion for his clients. In all this time I have never had an issue with his treatments. My youngest son was nearly blind, his glasses were so thick he looked like Mr. Magoo. Thanks to Dr. Philips, my son no longer has to wear glasses or contacts and sees everything without assistance.

I just left the office for an annual eye exam. I came here after a recoomendation from my GP. I have never had such a pleasant doctor visit, not just eye exam, but in all the doctor's I've had to see over the years, none have come close to the hour I spent with him. Dr. Philips was detailed, thorough, kind, and funny.
I left the office excited to tell people about him, I have allready recommned him to 3 people I sit next to at my office.
I almost didn't make an appointment with him bc he wasn't on Zoc Doc, but I am so glad I listened to my GP. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Philips!
