Dr. Dale is an exceptional doctor who provided care for my eye condition. My eye pressure had significantly increased due to a pigment clogged drain, but Dr. Dale successfully treated it. Thanks to her, my pressure and vision have returned to normal. Additionally, Dr. Dale was incredibly helpful in alleviating the anxiety I experienced during my eye issues. I highly recommend Dr. Dale to anyone seeking top-notch eye care.

On Nov 20 2024 Dr Dale performed a Trabeculectomy on my left eye. She told me I needed the surgery to bring my pressure up. Her lack of skills has changed my life immensely. My left eye now has severe stigma, double vision, and it only opens a quarter way for some of the day until it just shuts close, not to mention she failed to inform me that I had cataract which is something that the most basic optometrist would have a acknowledged. I have consistent head pains, and it feels like someone punched me in the eye. Further as a direct result of the botched surgery at Dr Dale hands I had to resign from my PCC position and I'll now need to apply for SSI or some form of aid, due to the extent of loss functionality in the left eye and whatever surgeries I may need moving forward. The financial strain is another conversation completely. it's just been the very worst especially with the accompanying depression... To add insult to injury when I show up to a 3:30 appointment in Marlton not only does she have me wait 1 1/2 hrs to see me but a member of her staff was intentionally disrespectful to me and Dr Dale co signs the blatant disrespect and made things that much worse, she was extremely rude and beyond unprofessional, she spoke sarcastic and was very patronizing, just as unethical as a person can be. I cannot convey the depths of what a horrendous experience this has been, and how terribly life altering it is. But if your reading this I'm sure you have a situation that's quite serious and the person that tends to your medical care will make all the difference. My advice is to seek an ophthalmologist other than Dr Dale. I can't say with certainty that you'll find a better one, but I can honestly tell you that She is definitely not a competent skilled surgeon, nor a compassion empathetic person. If you're looking for a sudo eye specialist, whom has unequivocal ruined the eye of at least one person you've now read a review from then look no further. I'm sure there are some who have had better results, but if they're honest they would tell you that they felt some kind of uneasiness at some point during the exam stage with Dr Dale, at the very least a sense of being rushed through and not personalized to some degree, is that the kind of person you want cutting in to your body and your life.... Not to mention the audacity and brazen disrespect Dr Dale allowed some of her staff to exhibit. No, do yourself a huge favor and search around... Sigh,,, I don't usually leave reviews, but this is clarity. Be well, and good luck to you.

I was seen in a timely fashion and, although there were several steps involved to evaluate me as a new patient, everything was explained and I was processed smoothly and efficiently. When I saw the Doctor, she was very thorough, explaining all of my options, ensuring that I could choose the right course of treatment based on complete knowledge. All the members of the staff were friendly and courteous. I am grateful to be able to continue my care with this practice.

Visited Dr. Dale for my semi-annual visit. As usual Dr. Dale made me feel relaxed and explained everything she was doing as the visit went along. She is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend her for your ophthalmic needs.

Worse patient physician interaction we ever experienced. We were told to sign discharge instructions without explanation or seeing the instructions PRIOR to surgery. Eye drop prescriptions sent to pharmacy did not match what was on the discharge sheets handed to us post-op, again without review. Took hours to get prescriptions straightened out. We were not prepared at all for what yo expect post-operatively. Numerous follow up visits required. Dr Dale was very annoyed with answering any questions, stated "too difficult to explain and for us to understand". If that wasn't frustrating enough, the last appt scheduled we waited 75 minutes and when inquired how much longer were told 3 people ahead of us and it would be another hour. We had to leave due to another appt to follow. Received call the next day from Dr Dale and told we would not have had to wait an hour. Insisted to come in for follow up appt and said staff was wrong in giving that information. Was extremely stressful experience from admission through discharge. On a positive note it appears the surgery was successful.
