I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Marlene Moster at South Florida Eye Health. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the advanced technology and modern equipment in the office, it truly reflects the high level of care they provide to their patients. Dr. Moster was incredibly explanatory, direct, and thorough. She took the time to detail every procedure she was going to perform and made sure I understood my condition and the treatment plan clearly. I especially appreciated how she explained the best possible outcome and what I need to do to achieve it. Her approach was honest, confident, and reassuring. This was honestly one of the best doctor visits I've ever had. I felt informed, cared for, and confident in the plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Moster and South Florida Eye Health to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

Dr. Marlene Moster is a very nice, kind and gracious person. She is very caring and professional and takes very good care of her patients. She has an excellent staff and the office is very clean. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Marlene Moster has been treating my glaucoma for about 6 years. I couldn't say enough good things about her and her staff. I always feel well taken care of. She has performed a few surgeries on me, all with excellence results. I know she's the best to treat my glaucoma.

Dr. Wilton highly recommended Dr. Moster to treat my advanced glaucoma. Dr. Moster suggested a year long clinical study at Wills Eye hospital supervised by a very knowledgeable Jeanne Molineaux. Lillian and Mimi were great with their treatment and care in checking my eye pressures throughout the night. Dr. Moster was very clear and used imagery in explaining the cataract and glaucoma surgery. Dr. Moster's staff is very well trained and included in her visits. It takes a team and hers is outstanding!

With every appointment Dr. Moster gives me confidence to know that I'm getting the best possible care. She even went out of her way and consulted with another physician, off hours, to rule out a potential complication. Technical expertise combined with a compassionate bedside manner are rare qualities and I am grateful to be under her care.

I had cataract surgery on the 16th of January. If you can imagine, I see so well from my left eye, I look forward to Dr Marlene Moster removing the cataract in my right eye when it ready. The entire staff in her office and Main Line Surgery Center were very competent. In addition their concern for my understanding of what was happening was comforting. Two assistants held my hands during the surgery and another assistant kept up a running dialog of the progress. Dr. Marlene Moster and her staff are the best. Thanks to all.

On Friday November 1st, 2019 , I found Dr. Marlene Moster to be disrespectful, publically humiliating, patronizing, non professional, uncaring and down right uncompassionate. To amuse her staff, she wrote on a large sheet of paper that no I'm we were to be treated like VIP, as a joke When in actuality all patients should really be treated that way. Every time my mother had an appointment with her she had to wait hours before she treated her. We were there from 1:30-about 4:30 She took less than a minute to service my mother. She is always late morning, noon, or evening. I feel she takes on too many patients to care properly for each. Saturday November 2nd, 2019. A new day a new attitude, I want to apologize for publicly airing out my personal feelings about my yesterday experience because she did offer to make amends, and maybe, just maybe, really meant it sencerily.
