Didn't want my elderly mother who was not a bother as a patient, so he fabricated an eye pressure to some ridiculous extremely high number that she's never been. Referred her to see another doctor out his practice. Treats certain patients differently.

Dr. Pro is amazing and very knowledgeable! If it wasn't for him, I would definitely walk away! The reason I am giving two seats is because of the time spent in waiting room. I am basically stealing another person's review, because I have had the same issue every time I have had a visit. Big big drawback is this practice has no concept of balancing how many appointments they book and how many people they can actually accommodate. Every time I have had an appointment there, I end up sitting for 2 hours in waiting rooms in order to get about 10 minutes total with the doctor and any pre testing. I should not need to spend more than 30 minutes in the office, yet they are stealing 1.5 hours of my day each time I have to go there. When I was in the waiting room today, two ladies went up to desk to question when they would be seen. One was told she has to be patient. My husband went up to ask and was told she would check. Nothing. We literally waited two hours to see doctor for 5 minutes. Something needs to change. This is not just a one off, it happens every visit!!

I've been coming here for a long time. I love my Dr Pro and Tamika is awesome and today I met a new guy name Eli he was so awesome , sweet and kind.

When you talk to a doctor with a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. The trick is to find a doctor with various tools in his toolbox. My wife experienced almost uncontrollable high IOP in both of her eyes after routine cataract surgery. Before seeing Dr. Pro, we have consulted with two glaucoma specialists, who suggested tube shunt or trabeculotomy. When we talked to Dr. Pro in the first visit, Dr. Pro had an open mind and discussed various treatment options, including eye drop Rhopressa. We found out later that Dr. Pro wrote a research paper on this topic. Four weeks later, my wife IOP was stabilized, and surgery option was removed from the table. While she is not out of woods yet, she is extreme happy and relieved to have Dr. Pro as her doctor.

When I was in the waiting room today I saw 2 people march up to the front desk and tell them that they just couldn't wait any longer and had to re-book for another time, that they had been waiting for over an hour. If you are listening, Dr. Pro, I would suggest hiring a consultant to help you balance how many patients you can book each day. It can't be good for business to have people so upset everyday at something that you can solve. Good luck!

Dr Pro is an exceptional physician, among the few best doctors I have ever worked with as a patient. In addition to his outstanding medical skills, he practices a collaborative doctor-patient process, during which we talked and considered options as equals. Dr Pro is respectful and listens thoughtfully to his patients. He performed a laser procedure and two simultaneous surgical procedures on both my eyes, with excellent results. I am so thankful I found Dr Pro. Highly recommend!
