Favorite eye doctor of all time. We moved but I still drive 30 minutes because of the care and detail they put into every visit. Dr Morrow is the nicest and remembers me even though I only go once a year thank you to him and Paris for such a chill quick appointment! Y'all spoil me and I love it

I've been going to this doctor for over 15 years. The staff is always pleasant and nice. And my doctor is very thorough and explains everything to where I can understand. I moved from Beaver Falls about 7 years ago and I love the place so much I drive the 30-40 minutes to each visit. My husband also became a patient and he was blown away by the professionalism and how detailed his visit was.

Not great. I scheduled appointments for my both my daughters, 1 glasses and 1 contacts. Took the girls, they both got glasses exams. When I realized, I asked about the contact exam. They said she was mis scheduled and I could come back the next week for the contact exam. The right thing to do here, would've been taken her back and complete the correct exam since it was their error. What terrible customer service. Then, they called to say the glasses were in- website states they are open Saturday 9-1. We get there and they are closed all day? That's twice now you've wasted my time.

Great place, great memories. My uncle Gary started this place. Spent many days there hanging out with my cousin Orion. Always had nice people working there. And as a patient was always treated perfectly. Though, I mean it's family. But I never in my years there saw a person mistreated or an angry customer. He put so much passion and love into this place and continually improved it over the years to make it better. Heard Gary sold it off and went into retirement recently, I don't know who runs the company now but if I know Gary, he left it in great hands.

I am absolutely disappointed with this office. The doctors have gotten my prescription wrong TWICE. I had to go without glasses for almost a month while you fixed your mistakes. Each time I tried the glasses, I said I couldn't see. I knew it wasn't my prescription but the staff told me to keep blinking and to wear them anyways. This resulted in straining my eyes. My glasses broke a little while later and I'm still waiting to get my glasses back. It's been nearly two weeks. I know places that could have gotten them back to me the same day. I regret wasting my time with this office.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Showed up for an appointment on time and waited for over an hour. They then took me in and did not explain a single thing they did but for other people they explained every little thing. Then I finally got to see the doctor, I had lost my glasses so they had no baseline for me since this was a new doctor since I moved.. They spent about five minutes with me and finished with my perscription and asked me to read some letters I made a few mistakes and the doctor then told me just TO BLINK and just brushed it off I knew this was not my perscription and voiced that and she just brushed it off. My glasses then came in and were totally wrong I told them again and they said just let your eyes adjust after a week and still not being able to see I called back and they said just come in you do not need another appointment. So I just went in and they tried telling me I needed an appointment after voicing my anger they did agree to see me.. I will not be returning here this place was a disgrace.

First time I went here and my appointment was at 4:30 but I was called at 5. So I had to wait little bit but the staff is very nice and the dr took his time to explain some things to me. Very satisfied overall! And the waiting room is really nice and relaxing with glass walls.

Awesome eye doctor. Has been taking care of my eyes since the 3rd grade. Fitted me for every pair of glasses and contacts along with helped me through the lasik process. Gary is a great doctor, and friend.
