I can't thank Dr. Parkinson and her staff enough for the service and care that they have given me. I speak from experience in saying that in a true eye emergency I was so thankful for her kindness compassion and thoroughness and am so thankful that she is my doctor. I wish that all medical providers cared the way that she does.

Bad experience. Ended up buying 2 pair of glasses. First pair I was 't fit correctlyl z so I bought another pair . New Year's Eve the lens popped out on the second pair.' My husband went over to get it fixed and you were closed! So he went to Beaver Falls store and they were closed! So he went to Walmart eye Ctr and they fixed them! Now today the other lens popped out - what the heck!!!?? First of all I should not have had to buy 2 pair of glasses. What kind of service are you offering!!? Boy customer service sure isn't what it used to be!!!

Reception was nice the doctor was pleasant but I did feel like I was rushed when choosing my frames once the person found out I wasn't going to add all the extra I felt she didn't wanna waste her time with me I ordered what my insurance covered I refuse to pay $500.for glasses

Worst eye doctor experience ever. The staff is unfriendly and hostile. The staff did not know how to operate the equipment and did not clean the equipment after use. Needs to be cleaned up.
