I have been trying to find a new eye doctor for while. I walked in to make an appointment & as soon as i started talking to Paige, she had the worst attitude. So, i left & will not be getting my business. If you don't like working with people/customer service, then find another job.

Fantastic! Great personnel, including Rufus! One of the nicest doctors' offices I've ever been in!

Great office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I appreciate Dr. Parkinson taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I was referred over by a co-worker and can see why. Highly recommended. Her staff is amazing as well, they were all so polite and extremely helpful. Will be returning!!!!!

Never been more disappointed in a place! Was running a few minutes late and called to let them know , which I was told there is a 10 minute grace period. I was there within the grace period but standing outside with my 2 children looking for signs for the mask policies. Seeing my son needed a mask, as he was being seen, I pulled it out of my purse and put it on him. As I walked in they told me I was past my time and had to reschedule. My 6 year old was not able to be seen, and I will never, ever go there Again. Not for my children or myself, nor would I ever recommend this place to any family or friends. I did call and schedule elsewhere & feel much more confident with their attitude, respect and kindness over the phone.

Made a first appointment for this place several days ago. Recieved an appointment card for today. Came in my for my appointment only to be told I don't have an appointment scheduled today. I showed the receptionist/optician (she didn't introduce herself) my appointment card only to be told there wasn't anything they could. They were fully booked for the day. But they graciously offered to schedule me another appointment for another day. I imagine when I showed up for that other appointment I would also somehow not be on the schedule for that day. Poorly run, avoid at all costs.

The staff was very professional and polite. Our appointments were on time and went smoothly. I have recommended a number of friends and they have also had good experiences.

All of their staff is very nice, and I was really surprised at how much more I got for my money compared to where I was previous getting my eye exams. I assumed they would be more expensive but was pleasantly surprised.
