I called to schedule an appointment so I can get new contacts because I'm out and the girl that answered told me she would not give me samples until my appointment because my prescription was a year old. Mind you, I've been coming to the same vision center for 10 years and they've always helped me out. When I told her this, she told me she would not. And I said well, then I'm gonna switch vision centers and she hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional and I never leave reviews But being Hung up on when I've been a loyal paying customer for over a decade is unacceptable!

Sat waiting for the Dr for over and hr and a half...... staff was nice but The Dr is in there telling her whole life story to every patient... I wouldn't go back the for a million dollars....

Doctor and staff were nice. But I felt that the appointment was a little rushed and that's why I also feel like I've got the wrong prescription. I let them know that the lense want right in my right eye immediately and that the bifocal part wasn't very clear and was awkward to read. She asked of I could see the sign behind her, I agreed, yes. Then I said I couldn't see the paper in front of me well. She told me to hold it up in front of my face. Like I had to do before. Lol. Then she said, "who looks down when they read anyway?"
She sent me on my way. Said it would get better with time. Didn't. And all school children look down at their books when they read at their desks. Kinda disappointed and l have worthless glasses.

Long story short, I broke my only pair of glasses and didn't know what to do. So I called the Walmart vision center and Lacey told me unfortunately there were no doctors to do the vision tests, I was way over due for testing, but to come in and she will see what she can do. Fortunately it was only my frame that broke, so lacey was able to take out my lenses and put them in new frames for me. She definitely saved me! I would have been without glasses for almost a week before I could get in for an appointment. Everyone who needs glasses knows how terrible something like that is lol I will forever be grateful of Lacey and what she did for me today! I've learned my lesson and will now have two pairs of glasses for next time when something like this happens

When i showed up for my appointment thats when they told me it had been canceled. The doctor got sick and called off. They then insisted they called me which they did not. Store manager basically called me a liar. So all together i went for no reason...got called a liar and lost money since i couldve worked that day! And if anyone knows who the store managers boss is i would appreciate it.
