My son and I were visiting on a Saturday afternoon, when he unexpectedly broke the arm off his eyeglasses. We went to LenCrafters at the Camp Hill Mall and Rob greeted us with a big beautiful smile! He proceeded to repair my son's glasses and said no charge. He was our saving grace! Thank you! Rob was very professional and so kind!

Horrible experience. I bought new frames and lenses and had a $50 dollar off coupon. The lady said it would only work if I wanted to upgraded lenses and I could do that if I decided to. I wore the glasses for a day; decided I wanted to upgrade them. I called in like I was told to do. The lady who helped me over the phone set up the sale and said, "The coupon is only good for "premium lenses" not regular anti-reflective upgrade." I said okay, was ready to do the sale and she said, "we'll have to pay in person and drop the glasses back off." So I drove 45 minutes to the store after work. I got to the store and started checking out. She said, "oh it's already set up, you just have to pay." She did something in the computer and needed help. She called a gentlemen over who looked at the computer I said, "the computer won't accept your coupon" explained what I was told and he said, "computer doesn't accept it; it doesn't work on sale items. It even says it if you read the coupon" and walked away. I asked several times what the difference I had to pay then; they lady said, "it'll be $50 dollars since you already paid for regular lenses and frames." I asked several times because this didn't seem right if they weren't honoring the coupon. She said, "our marketing team puts these coupons out and doesn't make it clear what you can use them for so you have to come in and get screwed once you're here because you can't use the coupon and already took the time to drive out here." Then it gets time to pay, she looks at the screen and says, "oh, it's actually $120 dollars." I asked if anything could be done because of the "miscommunication" on there part. "Unfortunately not, like I said our marketing departments puts these out to trap people into coming into the store" The lady was very nice and honest and I appreciated that (thought she was incorrect on the price at the end. The gentlemen was very rude; did not care about my business and made it seem bothersome to even have to come help the lady at the register. On top of that I am a Federal worker who is still working. So every penny counts. Not going back after I pick up my glasses from the "upgrade". Unfortunately, I need them to see or I would not go back at all.

Kelly was great and she handled my frames in the best possible manner , she is exceptionally well trained and technically very sound to adjust the frames on face . Great reception and customer service , keep it up !!

The eye doctor was great! The woman up front who was supposed to be helping me pick glasses just kept reminding me I didn't have insurance, told me to pick from the great value section, and when I picked up a more expensive pair of frames, she told me we should get a cost work up on it before I set my heart on it, because I'd surely change my mind and I needed to pick something more fitting. I gave no indication of my financial situation. She did this in front of the whole store. It was horribly embarrassing. This was my first time since elementary school trying to buy glasses in person instead of online with Zenni and I will not try that again. Frugality doesn't equal being poor for those of you who don't know. It really was a horrible experience for me just trying to find a pair of glasses and feel pretty with them while she followed me around shaming me. Even if it wasn't her intention to shame me, if I did need a cheaper pair of frames, I would know not to pick out expensive ones. They should be taught the proper way to handle that situation next time.

Visited a few months ago but wanted to write a review. Brought in my prescription a few months ago to go shopping for a new pair of glasses. Staff helped me pick out the perfect pair! Great store, great selection, great staff.

Both husband and I get our exams and glasses at this Lenscrafters and we are very happy with the Dr, she is very thorough and is very nice. We have never waited, and the technician who measures and finishes the order is very knowledgable and also sunny and friendly.

I ordered my glasses and was told 7-10 business days. At this point it has been over 3 weeks and still haven't received them. Every time we call they push back the delivery. Going in today for a refund and canceling with my bank. Do not come here!!

This is the best Lenscrafters in town. They probably have most of the collection available in town and staff is wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. Kudos to the staff and the manager here.
