I am glad I am a patient at this facility! The staff is very pleasant. They strive to help and are all very professional. When treated, one is seen within a reasonable time. My only complaint is that they need a coatrack because there is no place to place one's coat during cold or inclement weather!

Dr. Fugate has been seeing me for stubborn Dry Eye for several months, And has been extremely helpful. It's a chronic element that Definitely gets in the way of every day life. He is patient and thorough and I can't say enough positive about everyone who has helped me. Great staff very efficient

I've been coming here for a few years now and today will be my last day visiting the office. I am always waiting SO LONG for my appointments. Today I wanted an hour and was called as I walking out in order not to be late to my next doctors appointment. The last time I visited with my toddler, we waited for hours. She was hungry and tired and the staff was trying to give her things to keep her happy. The staff is good. But as a busy mom taking a day off of work for my appointments I'm tired of the disrespect this office has for my time, and for the excuses. Every single person in the waiting room was complaining. They need to schedule appointment times appropriately.

When I was walking Into premier for my appointment, an older lady was coming out Complaining that she had been there since 9:30 that morning and it was 12:30. I definitely noticed more of a wait this time too, but it could've just been staffing or whatever. Everyone is super professional and very nice in the Hartzdale Drive office. Aubrey, Lisa and Dr. Fugate are all awesome!
