The ONLY time Dr. Warrow EVER sat down in the exam room with me was to actually ASK for a recommendation for him (his "boss/ manager" asked him to ask patients for them, he said). Dr. Warrow has been short, flippant, and NOT listened to about my concerns. Terrible bedside manner. It's such fun to wait for 2-3 hours in a jammed waiting room to be seen for a few seconds...and then when you read the chart notes, they say stuff that was COMPLETELY different than what he told you. How do you like your solicited review?

Dr Warrow is great and the practice is VERY busy with many patients, so expect to wait over an hour if not more. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT. Just bring your favorite book, phone or magazine.

I had a floater in my eye after cataract surgery. Had to go to New Jersey for a special lens. Dr. Warrow did my surgery for the floater that showed up a year later in my eye, and during the surgery he was laughing and carrying on to the girls about Southern fried chicken! After the surgery my lens was bumped over towards my nose. I saw shadows of images I looked at. I told him this and he said he would fix it and then run out of the room. He had me keep coming back and said I had another problems. I went to another Retina Dr. For a second opinion and he said I had no such problem! I will never go there again!

Appointments are overbooked, there is not enough seating for the scheduling they are managing. Elderly standing and waiting to be seen. I have always waited over an hour to be seen. The staff are kind but seem overwhelmed. You feel like an appointment to be checked and not a patient to be seen. The doctor lacks empthy when performing care. If you are uncomfortable or in pain it doesn't seem valued. To sum it up, lacks patient care from scheduling to receiving treatment.

Yes, the waiting room is normally packed and yes, the wait can be long, but your eyes are worth it! I experienced sudden cobweb floaters in my right eye. I was told to see a specialist that day, Friday of course. The first practice I called could give me an appointment Tuesday, no matter that I told them of what I was experiencing. I call this practice and they fit me into their busy schedule within 3 hours! I had a tear in my retina which they fixed right then. Doctor told me if I had waited I would have had a separation and that would be a very long recovery. Zap, Zap and my eye was fixed! Thank you Cumberland Valley Retina and Dr Wroblewski!

Very cramped offices and waiting room. Website also disappointing; no email, no patient portal, no e-pay options. Rather archaic for 2026.

I have been taking my elderly mother to Dr Warrow at Cumberland Valley Retina for 4 +years for 2 eye injections monthly I have the utmost respect for Dr Warrow and can't say enough about him. He has eased my mother's uncertainty at the beginning with getting the shots and did in depth explaing of the process and has included me in all conversations around them as she is diabetic and that needs monitored as well. I put great trust in him and his knowledge, he has also walked my mother thru a research program. The staff is friendly and accommodating and often alternate offices but are knowledgeable as well. Yes the parking stinks and yes you will have to wait, but it is worth the inconvenience of getting the proper care you need and Dr Warrow is great!

Was a patient for 2 years. Everytime I went to this office , it is packed and chaotic. Plan to spend at least 3 hours there for an appointment. I walked out during an examination due to my concerns being completely dismissed. If you care about your eyes and mostly, patient care, please go somewhere else
