Shelly is an outstanding Individual who knows how to service me during each of my visits. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is clean, and the doctors are exceptional. I will not be looking for eye care anywhere else for a long time!

So, i set up my appointment. During that time I informed them that I was blind in 1 eye. I stated that the eye exam was for contacts and glasses. I showed up for my appointment filled out all the paperwork then did some basic tests. I'm thinking finally I can get a new prescription for glasses and contacts. Then to my surprise the doc came in and stated he would not give me a prescription for contacts. He said your eye could get and infection and that could lead to me walking with a cane and a dog pretty quickly but i guess you cant get an eye infection in both eyes from wearing contacts and go blind just as easily. Anyways, I remained calm which I think was a surprise to him because he went on about how his professors told him that he should not do contact exams for people with 1 eye and that's the one thing that stuck with him. I wasn't given an option for glasses or to even have my good eye checkedbto make sure it was healthy. I was pretty much rushed out the door. It was kinda crazy. Soooo, if you're blind in one eye and need the exam and want contacts. Skip this place. I wasted my time for nothing. I kinda wonder what they are going to say to my eye insurance

I saw Dr. Conner Blake today, for the first time, and he was awesome. Took his time with me and was very thorough. I love working with Barry as well. He is such a great guy! He is very knowledgeable, has a definite sense of style, helps to make decisions on what looks good and makes you feel so comfortable. You walk in as a patient, but walk out with a new friend.

Had a great experience today! From the doctor who was kind and explained everything well. To the wonderful glasses consultant that went above and beyond to help me style and have fun! I would highly recommend, it was the best glasses experience so far!

Great experience this time around! The doctors where very professional and nice. The frames I found was covered under my insurance. They're where some prices of frames that I thought was kinda crazy for instance 650 but I stayed with In my insurance range

Set up an appt, the prior week online, for Nov.20, 2023 at 9:30am to get eyes checked and glasses. Confirmation email was sent to me for the appt. An associate called me the prior Friday to confirm appt and check if I was diabetic, which I am. Showed up 20 minutes before scheduled appt, only to be told my appt was for 12/4/23 at 10:45am. I showed them the confirmation email and was blown off for the original appt. Would not accept it. Have been with Mr Sylvester since back in the 90's when he was off Wayne ave. Never any issues. Being disabled, it is an effort just to leave the house for any reason. In this case was a total waste of my time because of their screw up without any chance of making things right. They just lost 2 long time customers. Shame on you. Will take my business elsewhere. Your appointment with Doctor of Optometry is all set. Horrible scheduling issues. I ended up not having an appt and they said they called several times to confirm.. Not true. I have no missed calls. The front desk was dismissive and not very helpful. She acted like it was my fault. Customer service is lacking.

They are all very knowledgeable and always kind to their customers!!
