The technician helper we had was great; that's the only reason I give the experience a 2 star - made the appointment, needed an eye doctor, got my husband into the office which is no easy feat only to find out the appointment I made that even showed a doctor on their website was a virtual appointment IN THE OFFICE- gateway just lost whatever business a family of 6 would have thrown their way - you say It's a doctors appointment with a provider -DELIVER WHAT YOU CLAIM not whoever is at their screen over the continental US to make a more profitable corporate profit margin-Doctor appointment in office should mean "doctor appointment"-I didn't deliberately schedule a virtual office visit with my pcp-false advertising. I hope it impacts your bottom line.
