I had a wonderful experience at the Chambersburg My Eye Dr. The teleexamine was thorough and the in person tech was kind and helpful. I felt listened to and my concerns were addressed immediately. From check in to checking out, the staff were kind, attentive and helpful.

I broke my glasses, Barry came to my rescue. They had my new frames ready to go in under 15 minutes. Barry is very professional and kind. I recommend them for your eye appointments and glasses!

If you have an appointment, there's a long wait, if you want to get someone to unlock one of the cases so you can try on glasses, there's a long wait, if you need your glasses adjusted, there's a long wait and anytime I have come to get my glasses adjusted, they'd make them so tight that they'd hurt the back of my ears so I would have to go to a different my eye dr office to get them adjusted properly anyway. The practitioner that works there examined my eyes first and told me I need bifocals last year and this year when I went again he said the exact same thing but the doctor said that I don't need bifocals. However even with my current glasses I still can not see things up close very well and every year I need a stronger prescription so I'm kind of weary that they purposely do not give you the full strength you need so you can keep getting new glasses every year. I don't know for sure but I'm very skeptical. I used to see an ophthalmologist for my dry eyes but unfortunately he no longer accepts my insurance so I can't see him anymore, anyhow he prescribed me the only thing that really worked and I told the doctor at my eye dr that I'd like to use those drops again and he had to google it to see what it was and told me just to use over the counter preservative free drops. Which I have been doing already and I told him that they do not relieve my itchy dry eyes for very long but the doctor still refused to prescribe me anything so the problem still exists. My other issue with this particular location is that I have the anti scratch anti glare lenses which are very expensive and I've been getting that on my glasses for years and I never had a problem with the stuff flaking off but within a few months of getting lenses with anti glare and anti scratch coating from here, the stuff flaked right off. I went into their office and told the lady about it right after it happened and she said that I'd have to buy new lenses. I politely declined. I'd rather just wait to be seen by a different doctor at a different location before purchasing new lenses again.

Easy exams, easy scheduling and my glasses arrived 10 days ahead of schedule. Will be using them for all my eye exams and glasses.

Terrible!!! I made an appointment for 2pm for them to tell me they are 2 hours behind, no one is in the office except me why are you behind 2 hours and why not call me so I'm not waiting for two hours an an appointment I made weeks ago. They close at 3pm so they better stay open until I get my appointment done. Absolutely so unprofessional.

Have had very good experiences at Wayne Ave Eye Doctor but today not so much. Stopped by to have my glasses adjusted as they were hurting the back of my ear. Stopped in twice in the same day because the first time I waited 15 minutes and no one said one word to me. Finally I left and thought I would stop back. Second time I stopped in I was completely ignored again. I waited while several people were checked out that had had exams and were ordering eyewear. I understand they were checking these folks out but couldn't someone adjust my glasses in between these customers? I am a customer too!! It would take 30 seconds!!!! I asked if I was going to be helped and the girl said they were working as fast as could. Perhaps more help was needed. I don't know but I do know I will not be going back to this store. I will miss Dr. Wilson but my money is as good as anyone else's and believe me, I spent good money on my glasses there not 2 months ago. 30 seconds of someone's time and I spent at least half an hour waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Customer service sure was lacking there today.

I can't say enough good things about MyEyeDr.! The staff are so kind, patient, and helpful. They took such great care of my daughter, made her feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything to us without ever making us feel rushed. Their patience really stood out, especially with my daughter, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient -- we were in and out without any hassle. Honestly, it's rare to find a place with this level of care and attention. Highly recommend!
