On Wednesday, April 2, I went to the vision center because of problems that I had with prescription glasses that I purchased in February. MISS MAKENZIE LYONS was the woman who was working at the time. And after my experience with her, I was very thankful that I had such a thoughtful and patient person helping me. My glasses needed to be adjusted. She took her time and adjusted the glasses to the fit perfectly. But I had a bigger problem. I just couldn't get my lenses clean no matter what I did. Miss Makenzie did everything, even removing the lenses from the frames to try to clean them! After all that effort, the glasses still are unclean, and she felt that they were defective and ordered new lenses for my frames. To whoever hired Miss Makenzie Lyons, job well done! Now give that girl a RAISE!

I made an appointment a month ago for today. I showed up on time for my appointment and they informed me my appointment had to be cancelled. They said they tried to call me to let me know but I never received any phone calls. The next available appointment is almost another month from today. They expected me to wait another few weeks when THEY cancelled my appointment!!! Really??? I said no thanks. This is not impressive and I wont be back. Go somewhere else. The Shippensburg Walmart honors their appointments.
