I was checked in early, the doctor was great and informative, the price was incredible, and the gals on the floor rocked! Best experience I've had buying glasses! Everyone worked as a team which is non-existent these days. Bonus shout out to Perpetual - you are amazing and made me part of the experience! I'm so glad I chose AB! It was a very pleasant experience I was in and out. In a flash under an hour about 45 minutes with all said and done. With all the exams, and the buying process it was very easy. Prepetual Was my helper. She helped me pick out glasses frames explained to me About progressive glasses. I can't say enough nice things about America's best. Perpetual was a very nice women whom made my buying process easy and she was kind and knowledgeable and pleasant! Perpetual is an asset to Americas Best!! Thank goodness for her. This was the first time I've been to the America's Best in Downingtown. From the prompt greeting to fast appointment setup. Everybody working at that store was happy, smiling and helpful. The next day today I had my exam and set up and was thrilled again at the great customer service attention to detail cleanliness and pace. There's a price stated on their door, throughout the store and on our website of $95 which includes two pairs of glasses and an eye exam. As soon as you let them know you have insurance they don't accept that price. The price increases five times. I believe this is truly a scam and possible a insurance fraud.
