Excellent eye care. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Yannelli is very thorough and does an excellent job of explaining things. I had a problem with my new glasses and both she and Pam were very patient and didn't give up on me until it was right (I can see!) Thank you...five stars!

The entire staff at Precision Eye Care, especially West Chester but also of course Downingtown as I have been to both, are amazing. It is so hard to find caring medical professionals and PEC is beyond -- I have an autoimmune disease that causes eye issues in an emergency fashion almost every time it presents. PEC acts so quickly to get me seen and on medication. The level of care and attention they give shows me they truly, truly care. I recommend PEC highly!!

Recent visits included new glasses for our son, in which the screw came loose within a couple of days. The Downingtown office made it so easy to come back in and get fixed within 5 minutes.

Dr. Yannelli saved my vision!! I went to see her due to an issue I was having! She spent over an hour with me, set up an appointment same day at Penn who re attached my retina! Without Dr. Yannelli's expertise I would have lost my vision!!!! Absolutely the best!

We switched to Precision a few years ago and I am happy to have found Dr. Yanelli. She is incredibly thorough and takes the time with each of her patients. We had all of our questions answered and did not feel rushed at all. We had a good experience with optical as well. And a special shout-out to Nancy in Downingtown, who helped us with fast appointments when I was suddenly faced with expiration of my insurance - she was wonderful with accommodating us and I truly appreciated the flexibility!

My first visit in Dr. Yannelli's Downingtown office was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. The waiting room is relaxing, bright, and soothing. My appointment was to be fitted for contact lenses for the first time (I'm in my 40s!), and I had some anxiety about it going in. I booked my appointment after reviewing the website, and having a wonderful phone conversation verifying Precision would be the right place for me. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. Dr. Yanelli is not only incredible knowledgeable, she's passionate about what she does. She is a natural in teaching patients about eye care and eye health. Her kind and patient manner and the time that she took to present my options was something that I have never experienced before in an eye exam. I used to consider myself squeamish about eyes, but Dr. Yanelli made everything very approachable and practical. The area to practice putting in and taking out my contacts was so fun (yes, I used the word fun!). They really make the process positive, and it was exactly the experience I needed to get over any hangups and anxieties I had about contacts and touching my own eyeballs. Nancy was wonderfully patient with me during my practice session. I cold easily have seen myself giving up or thinking contacts "weren't for me" if I had not been in the right atmosphere with the right people. I cannot believe that I am typing this, without wearing glasses! I am grateful that Dr. Yannelli is in the area, and that she has created such a warm environment with the best staff (everyone there is fantastic).

i have been wearing glasses for 45 years and contacts for 30 years. I have a tough prescription and have seen many practitioners over the years. Hands down, Dr. Yannelli is the best! She listened carefully, asked good questions to learn more, and is very knowledgeable in her field. Aside from all of that, she is genuinely a nice person. As soon as my appointment was over, I called family members to share my great experience. My son drove 80+ miles to been seen and he was raving about his experience too! Thank you Nancy, Brenda and Dr. Yannelli for taking care of us!
