Words cannot not describe how happy I am with this office . This is the office is where's went to when I was a little kid and I had to stop coming due to insurance and I went to one of those corporate offices and it just does not compare to Dr Schneider! . I can see sooooo much better now . I am so thankful for him and this office . 10/10

Has dogs running around the office which is very inconsiderate to those with allergies. Office is very dirty and dated. The bathroom is unusable due to lack of soap and paper towels. The optometrist is not nice at all. Very short fuse and impatient. Late for appointments. Do not recommend.

I'd give a zero if possible. I called and explained an issue my son was having in one eye, was told by "The Doctor" to send him in for an exam. What he DID NOT tell us was that we needed an ophthalmologist- which he would have known by my original description on the phone of the issue. Instead he tried to sell my son glasses and charged us anyway despite knowing he wasn't qualified for the problem at hand.

Dr. Schneider is a polite and straightforward man. He's an old school doctor who knows what he's doing and doesn't try to upsell you. He has a nice office and was very personable. I recommend him for anyone looking for a local eye doctor who has been apart or Downingtown for over 50 years!

This man is SUPER NICE! When my glasses came back from the lab twice and were wrong he made them do them a third time. All during this time he was apologetic and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider if you need glasses.

Doctor Schneider is very knowledgeable, helps you make a good decision financially and aesthetically. I was a walk in that was handled very well. Overall amazing spot, family feel. Stacey is very relate-able and knows the product well. 5 out of 5 experience.

I had a sister who missed her appointment due to her wisdom teeth being pulled.my sister was confronted by a very rude receptionist who was sculding my sister for "wasting their time" . I couldnt believe how unprofessional and disgusting this receptionist was being to my sister whom had just had a procedure done. My other sister (whom was with her) asked to speak with the supervisor and Schneider got on the phone . he was also very rude to my sister. We have informed the BBB in hopes to situations like this never happening to anyone. We will not be coming back to this establishment .I strongly advise anyone who reads this to do your research with any establishments that you are thinking about going to.

I got my prescription from this place and did not like my experience at all.. the Dr was very bleh about everything like if he didn't want to be there or cared much about anything. He has a very intimidating attitude which i don't like because it makes you feel uncomfortable or like a bother to him.. my prescription was wrong too because soon as i got my glasses i could hardly see out of them and felt very cross eyed.. the place inside is very dark and everything looks messy and super outdated .. over all guys just look elsewhere if you want a better more professional experience.
