Our first experience at Conestoga was mixed. Our appointment was at 915 and the building opens at 9. So, I thought we'd be the first ones to go in. But, not the case. We weren't taken back until maybe 20 minutes or so after our appointment time and there was absolutely nothing in the lobby to keep my two young kids busy. So, we sat there for about 30 mins, waiting, and trying to keep kids under control. They really should have a child area with cartoons and toys if they are going to be serving children on a regular basis.
The pediatric team was nice and experienced with children. They had specialized tests for kids and tvs in the exam rooms. My son was able to watch his favorite show during the exam, which kept him still and focused.
The desk staff was pleasant, but not overly friendly or helpful. They did the minimum required. We were prescribed a medication to dilate at home before our next appointment. But nobody explained to me how to do it and I realized once I got home that I didn't know how to do it and had been given no guidance.

The exam was thorough, explanations were clear, treatment recommended and follow up detailed. Dr. Sara Berteramo even looked at me at the end of the appointment and said, "you'll feel better soon, trust me". It was so reassuring.

The Tech who did my eye exam, I give her 5 stars! Loved her! The Dr talked in words, references, and medical terminology i didn't understand, so it brings it down to 4 stars. I had to Google terms to understand what everything was, and I said I didn't understand while there too. Would recommend.
