Great optometry practice. Friendly associates and a very nice welcoming environment in their waiting room and exam rooms. Doug is very professional, yet warm and friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. He never makes you feel rushed to end the appointment. Have been going to Goepfert Eye Associates for more than 40 years. I highly recommend them.

I have been a long-time patient of Goepfert Eye Assoc for the following reasons: Drs, Doug, Linda and Jenna are compassionate, very knowledgeable and surrounded by well trained and competent staff. They have top of the line diagnostic equipment and spend as much time as needed to explain your condition, their recommendations and answer any and all questions that you have.

Called to get clarification on their website about ophthalmologist they are only optometrist. They have it stating that they diagnose and TREAT certain diseases I emphasize treat. Well they don't treat you they refer you somewhere else they only diagnose you. There is a difference. Anyways, I asked for a suggestion for an ophthalmologist with a snobby attitude she can only suggest Hershey Medical Eye Center. I told her no it's ok I know there's a specialist that is in Lancaster I can not remember the name could you give me their name she instantly with an attitude no I can not suggest or give you any recommendations. Like what kind of office is this and you guys have 5 star reviews? I've works customer service for over 2.5 decades and I have never I mean never turned down someone about suggestions or recommendations to another facility or office. Your website should be reworded and your receptionist needs to learn some tonnage on the phone. Remember it's not what you say it's how you say it.

Goepfert Eye Associates is an excellent choice for eye care. Through the years, I have found Dr. Linda and her staff to be quite professional, yet caring. The doctors take time to completely answer any questions, and diligently check my eyes. I highly recommend their services.
