Dr Neely is extraordinary ! I am so grateful for the care I've received from her over the past 6 years. She's helped me through some pretty scary eye issues , when no one else could, and she always figures it out! She is so kind and caring and goes above and beyond every time I see her. The world needs more doctors like her.

My husband had an "eye event," that took us to Hershey General. What an experience. We first saw a Nurse, than a PA, then a Resident and finally, physician Kimberly Healy. They were all wonderful, but Dr. Healy is really extraordinary. She spent a lot of time with us, and diagnosed his condition using logic and experience. I really loved her and hope that anyone with an 'unexplained' eye condition seeks her out. She is detailed (to a fault), and caring. We left without a slight hesitation of what his diagnosis (and prognosis) might be.

She has been my physician for sev.yrs. i developed an scute change in my vision due to my retina problem. I called for spp. Had to wait 2 days. When i got there she refused to see me as she was "too busy" I had to demand an app. Another Dr finally saw me. Dr Neely has never contacted me by phone or patient portal. Just know that Dr.Neely is not there for you when you need her. Stand up for yourself. Demand the care you need. I am finding a Dr who is there when you need them.
