No one was there so we were helped with immediately. They helped me through the process of the exam and helped me pick out a nice pair of transitions. They told us to buy on Presidents' Day(next week) for a %50 off deal. We have gone back time and time again because the staff is friendly and overall it's a really nice store

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a canceled appointment with Dr. Nguyen at your King of Prussia location. I recently booked an appointment for my six-and-a-half-year-old child for February 13th at 11:20 AM following a referral from a school nurse. However, I received a call on February 12th informing me that the appointment was canceled because Dr. Nguyen stated she "does not see children" and advised that we visit a pediatric ophthalmologist. Your website explicitly states that the minimum age for this location is six years old. There is no mention that patient age is at the doctor's discretion or that certain providers refuse to see children. As a concerned parent, I find it unacceptable to be turned away before the appointment even began, especially when your office markets services for children and sells children's eyewear. I would like to commend your receptionist, Amy, who was incredibly kind and professional while handling my frustration. However, due to this experience, you have lost a potential customer for both my child and myself. I hope you will update your website or internal policies to ensure other parents do not have this same experience. Thank you, Keara Bellita

Loved my experience here! Everyone was super helpful and so patient while I tried on what felt like a hundred frames. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out the perfect pair. The whole process from the exam to picking up my glasses was smooth and easy. I'm obsessed with my new frames!

I was desperate to have a pair of glasses repaired so I stopped in the store to ask if this was something they were equipped to do. The reps were Very friendly and accommodating. They said they could take a look if I brought them in. After I finished shopping with my daughter I grabbed the glasses out the car and returned. I believe the gentleman's name was Tyrone that looked at my glasses. He had me out of there in 15-20mins with a fixed pair of glasses. I was very pleased with the quick service! Thanks

We received incredible customer care from Jennifer S., Emily, and Ty. They were patient with a first time contact lens user, teaching and encouraging the entire time. They worked with our insurance to get us the best price possible. I am very grateful to For Eyes!!

Emily (GM), Ty (Asst Mgr), Dr., and staff are pleasant, informative, friendly and maintain a pleasant-ness about them that invites the customer/patient to feel at-ease and comfortable!!! The Dr is very informative and detailed with testing, results, and prescriptive steps moving forward!!! Would more the highly recommend anyone to look their way if in the vicinity of the King of Prussia mall (near Dick's in the ground floor of the Mall) and make appointments!!!! The traffic flow of the mall allows anyone to stop in and peruse, inquire, or taker time to check out their vision without concerns!!!!

I went to For Eyes in the King Of Prussia mall. I had hard time reading and they prescribed me a progressive lens. I'm a first time wearer and I'm so happy with my vision now. The dr and the Store Manager Abir was fantastic and explained everything for me. The whole experience was amazing and I'm definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family.
