The entire staff that I encounter each visit at Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia are exceptional. They are kind, warm and friendly. They strive to make you comfortable at your appointment. Dr. Vora has been exceptionally beneficial in the treatment of my glaucoma. She is quick to analyze, give feedback and take action. She genuinely cares about her patients. I travel 2.5 hours for her expertise.
Had to get cataract surgery after dealing with a torn Retina. Was being treated somewhere else-they said it would b a 4 month wait. Kramer said it would only b a 10 day wait. Every person involved was so great & friendly. Every step was carefully explained to me on what to expect. Very professional. So very happy that I decided to go with them. Highly recommend.
My optometrist recommended a Kremer physician to me based on a recent eye exam. I had my cataracts done several years ago, along with a secondary cataract operation about 2 years ago. So, I had no hesitation. The staff at Kremer were friendly, professional, and interested in my problem. The doctor was very familiar with my optometrist and even was acquainted with the retinal specialist that I see. The exam was thorough, both the test measurements and the doctor's bedside manner. Will be going back for followup surgery. Would recommend.
I have worn glasses since I was 6 years old and was a -4.75 / - 5 with astigmatism. The LASIK procedure is truly life changing. I was very nervous going into the procedure but Dr. Aronsky made me feel at ease and walked me through the procedure before and real time. I am 4 days post-op and very happy with my results.
My wife had catact surgery some years ago and the experience was excellent. I now have gone twice and am close to needing the same procedure. Staff was great, especially the nurse/technician. Dr. Aronsky is the absolute best! I highly recommend Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia, PA!
Kremer Eye Institute is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy establishment. When it comes to eyes they are number one at helping restore your vision. They are equipped with top notch equipment and expertise. They get to the root of the problem and have a solution for you. The staff is friendly; courteous; compassionate and extremely helpful. When it comes to your vision don't mess around with other ophthalmologists this is the place that you want to be and you will feel safe with any procedure that they perform on you. Overall it is a wonderful place to go.
This is my warning: The Cherry Hill location is a disaster. The front office staff and the techs tried to bully me into complying with tests even after telling them I don't feel safe, doing them, without first speaking to the doctor. I was told repeatedly that there is NO ONE in charge of the practice, to make a complaint about these things -- no one. They mocked me in front of other patients and staff, patronized me, and acted like I was bothering them to ensure my chart was accurate and they didn't give me a prohibited eyedrop. I had to beg them, to find out if my chart was correct. They repeatedly misrepresented my upcoming appointment dates. I would never have surgery here, because I could not trust the staff I'd have to go through, to follow up with a doctor. About 8 phone calls went unreturned over the span of over 2 weeks. The office staff and techs are essentially a girl gang, in my opinion. Btw everyone seems nice on the first visit.
Dr. Aronsky at Kremer performed a highly successful bilateral Visian EVO ICL surgery on me in May 2025. This is a surgical lens implant, similar to those done for cataracts but without removing your natural lens and placing the implanted lens in front of the natural lens and behind the iris.
During the preoperative consultations, I got clear explanations of the costs, risks, benefits, limitations, and probable/possible side effects and complications. Because Kremer's main office is over an hour from me, I was appreciative that they have a satellite office much closer that could do the initial screening consultation.
During the day of the surgery, staff were attentive and expedient, despite my obvious anxiety. The procedure itself took about 20 minutes in the operating room: 3-5 minutes of actual surgical work on each eye and the rest being prep work.
Postoperative care was made dead easy for me. Instructions were clear, prescriptions were sent and filled in advance of the day of the surgery, and I was given protective goggles for sleeping.
Follow-up care was done mostly at my normal optometrist who is local to me, while Kremer is a bit over an hour away. I did check in with Dr. Aronsky directly about half a year after the surgery to confirm everything is normal, but aside from that my optometrist has been able to confirm the eyes are remaining healthy.
The results have been nearly immaculate. I've gone from a -10 prescription (yes, ten) in both eyes to 20/20 with no external correction needed. I have the expected visual aberrations at night, including halos and glare, but these have not interfered with driving or other daily life activities at all. I haven't had any noticeable worsening of dry eye symptoms or any other issues after the surgery.
I would highly recommend Dr. Aronsky and Kremer for corrective surgery, if it's an option for you.
