I showed up for my appointment. Dr. Kruger is actually in the building but supposedly "rescheduled" my appointment. I received no notification, in fact, I received multiple letters and text messages directing me to come to my appointment today.
The office assistant was very helpful, though.

One of his staff gave me a harmful chemical instead of contact solution that was not supposed to go in the eyes. It resulted in chemical burns to my eyes and having to get my eyes flushed out for over an hour and a half. I still don't have my normal vision back, they are still blurry and I left without an apology.
Before that he did not explain anything about my care or exam. They could still seriously blind someone some day. The woman who almost blinded me is still working there. Please be careful. It was a devastating experience.
