Dr is amazing 5 Star Front desk is very very nice 5 star But there optical department 1 star could be more Patience and friendly with their customers

Dr Nicholas Barna was recommended to me by a very good source. I have been there twice, for dry Macular Degeneration. I really like Dr. Barna. He is fast, courteous, respectful knowledgeable & unpretentious. He is down to earth & tells you like it is. I also found the staff extremely helpful & friendly. Because I am physically handicapped, I require assistance, which staff was willing to provide. I highly recommend Dr. Barna & his staff. His assistant, Heather was very kind & efficient as well....

Dr Tanner is the kindest person I ever met. He is wonderful with my son who has been going there since he was 5 years old, now 10. His assistant, is also wonderful. Extremely welcoming and caring; something that is hard to come by these days. We love you Dr. Tanner!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tanner since I was a child and now my own children go to him! He is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. He takes his time with the kids - as it can be quite intimidating with the machines during the eye exam. I can't say enough good things about him. I agree to an extent with the office staff rudeness, however I can see past that because of Dr. Tanner. Oh and I personal love the woman in the eyeglass department. She can take one look at your face and pick out several frames that all fit perfectly. That's a gift I don't have and I rely on her to help me out!

Every time I come here the receptionists are good enough. The eye doctor's assistant is absolutely wonderful! And the doctor is amazing and kind. But then I go back to pick out my eyeglasses and the woman who is there to "help" you Is terrible and mean and hateful! I just don't understand it, I try so hard to be nice, but she's the type of person that just pulls the hate right out of you. I leave angry and wanting to go to a different eye doctor but then I think about the eye doctor himself and his assistant and I can't go elsewhere because they're just such good people. I hate that I had to give this place a 1 star, but something needs to be done about that woman who is there to help you pick out your glasses. This isn't just a one time experience, I've been here numerous occasions and every time she was mean, nasty, and hateful. She rushes you and she makes you feel like you're bothering her! I always end up leaving with anger and resentment because she won't do what she's there to do. She just wants you to grab a pair glasses and walk out the door. All I want is 10 to 15 minutes to try to find a pair of glasses that fit my face and that I like and she acts like you are a complete Inconvenience to her. Its sad. She must have so much hate in her soul. I don't know what else to do besides write this review because I know for a fact that I'm not the only one she does this to. She needs to relax and show kindness to the patients/customers that she's there to serve. I should not feel this way everytime I leave that place. I am such a nice person, a kind, loving person, I deserve respect.

I love Dr. Tanner. I have been going to him since I was a child. Never had an issue with him and he is very caring of his patients. However, the lady in charge of the glasses and contacts has made me leave this practice after the way I was spoken to over the phone.... over contacts. She spoke poorly all because I get my contacts through hubble. I'm pretty sure if I want to pay less money for contacts through hubble, I am allowed too? Sorry I don't feel like dishing out my limit on contacts I don't wear everyday just so the practice can get it's money's worth. It's a shame.

Dr Tanner is amazing! Lady in optical is a rude Karen with an attitude and claims she can't help me!!!!! Well If you can't fix glasses find a career your good at or enjoy. Completely rude and disrespectful not once but twice. Will not be going back.

Dr.Tanner Did An Thorough exam and I must say my four year old love his glasses. His previous glasses he refused to wear and he complained a lot but the glasses that he got from them he loves them, he even wakes up and put them on himself and wears them throughout the day without a fight Leah was also patient and sweet with him as he picked out his glasses... The whole staff was pleasant They was recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone.... Thank you guys for the experience, see you guys in six months
