Lititz Eye Care

My doctor was very polite, friendly and well educated. My exam went well. I'm very happy that I'm now a patient at Lititz Eye Care.

I've always had good experiences here until yesterday. The female ophthalmologist I had was veryyy condescending and rude. Not to mention she sent me home with one good contact to try...I have two eyes. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back at this point. My suggestion is to ask for a male doctor if you go here. They've always been great to me in the past.

While staying in Litiz I nearly destroyed my eyeglasses. I walked into the optical office off Main Street and explained my situation. Downstairs they have the glasses and frames. It is an amazing selection of traditional to contemporary(fun) spectacles. As I waited for the technician to work on my glasses, she popped out and ask if their wizard could have a crack at it... I understood that my frames may break during the process...when my glasses were returned to me looking brand new, I asked how much the service was...it was complimentary!

I am constantly impressed by the top-tier care at this office. I rarely post reviews online but I wanted to take the time to recognize how well they treat their patients. I called in looking to trial different contact lenses and my doctor was not in. By 9 AM on his next work day, he had gotten my message, found a different option, and had them waiting at the front desk for me to pick up!

I just stopped in to get my glasses repaired. Dave greeted me as soon as I walked in. Fixed my glssses in a flash and was so pleasant. Very nice place with very nice people

Needed a repair to my eyeglasses while on vacation. Stopped in here, and they were able to take care of my glasses in about 15 minutes! Very friendly staff, huge selection of frames, and very reasonably priced. Wish I lived closer!

My wife and I had back-to-back appointments with Dr. Crawshaw. We both received high-quality eye exams. Dr. Crawshaw is very patient while answering questions and offered helpful advice to improve my vision.
