Neurovision Rehab Center of PA

Unfortunately, my experience here was a waste of time and money. I'm sure their treatment could be life changing for someone with a TBI, but for someone with mild (but annoying) symptoms like me, I wouldn't recommend coming here. I visited Dr. Collins to see if my occasional symptoms of vertigo and anxiety in specific situations could be tied to my eyes. After a quick exam, I was told there was a slight misalignment in my eyes. She gave me a sheet of info on how I could help my symptoms outside of purchasing glasses, and then immediately instructed me to pick out frames. I didn't have time to think things over at all, and I really wish I had. Dr. Collins prescribed Neurolenses with a prescription, even though I've never needed prescription glasses before (and just had an exam with another doctor a few months prior to confirm that). The final cost for that first appointment was over $1000. I had problems with the glasses, so we bumped up my follow-up appointment to reevaluate. Another $200+ later for a second exam, and Dr. Collins found a "change" in my prescription. I haven't noticed an improvement in my symptoms after wearing the glasses for a few months now, certainly nothing life changing like their website suggests. The icing on the cake is that they told me they accepted my insurance before I scheduled my first appointment. Two appointments later, I found out they actually do not accept my vision insurance, only my health insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket for my frames as well. It's been several months since I picked up my new prescription, and their office has yet to follow up with me to see how I'm doing or to schedule a follow-up appointment.
