The staff at Eye Candy is fantastic. You are always greeted by friendly faces wanting to help you. Making appointments is always quick and easy. You need a glasses adjustment? It's done quickly while you wait. No long wait times to see the Dr. speaking of Dr. they listen to your concerns and do a thorough exam and then patiently work with you as you try different approaches to your particular needs in eyewear.

I absolutely love Eye Candy Optical! Dr. Marczak is, hands down, the best optometrist I've seen in my lifetime! She's extremely smart and genuinely cares about her patients. Amy and Bob are also the best and they won't let you walk out with a pair of glasses that don't look great on your face!

I've been a patient of Dr. Marczak since the very beginning of her career before she even opened her own practice. I have been a patient ever since. She is kind, caring, and extremely smart. Her bedside manor is top notch. Her staff at Eye Candy are also kind, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eye Candy Optical.

The Staff at Eye Candy is very helpful and disarming, and 'Bob' is AWESOME... Dr Hanak is blessed with a disarming personality and THE BEST of THE BEST performing a thorough and ACCURATE eye exam... and Teri is a compliment to Bob & Dr Hanak and Staff... I chose this establishment when i got new insurance from a new job. They had Saturday hours and doctor Monica was awesome to deal with when I got my eyes examined for a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. I ordered new glasses and also prescription sunglasses for work because I work outside. Glasses took two weeks to come in like they said and when I picked they fit me or so I thought. At work the following week they would not stay on my face and I realized that the posts that hold the nose pads are not symmetrical. $400 is the price tag for the glasses. I called and they said to come back in to get the fitted again. I came in on Saturday and they weren't open. I work out of town and made the trip back to resolve this issue. Still have not received my sunglasses a 3 weeks after ordering them and it will be a month by the next Saturday they are open. Poor customer service will make you lose customers and I will most likely be asking for a refund at this point. Im at risk of losing my employment because my eyes are sensitive to sunlight and I needed the prescription sunglasses for my uniform. $800 and a month of wasted time, 1 star.

Always a great experience. Both doctors are kind and knowledgeable. I switched insurances a few years ago and wasn't able to be seen by them and I came running back as soon I was able. Always helpful and they listen to your concerns.
