I have been to many many eye doctors in my 72 years and I felt that I have never had such a thorough exam by Dr. Cross. The office staff was most welcoming, the doctor was wonderful, PATIENT and answered ALL my question (and I had quite a few because I need cataract surgery). In the meantime I need glasses until the surgery so picking glasses also was a very nice experience!!!! Thanks for everything.

OneVision excellent as always. Husband and I have been going for years. Drs. Cross and Cox both very thorough, explaining all aspects of eye heath in understandable detail. Janet is simply the best in helping to choose frames. Tina is so efficient and pleasant with scheduling and other communications, and Jason is so nice and professional when conducting the exams. I love them all, will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Cox and her staff are absolutely incredible and knowledgeable! Ten years ago, she helped me when I requested a Lasik procedure, recommending a surgeon and even being there with us the day of the procedure. To this day, I've had perfect vision with no reading glasses needed. Further, the staff is friendly and my family and I always enjoy our annual visits! Very highly recommended!!!

My insurance customer service gave me inaccurate information regarding the pricing on my policy for my first visit. Due to this, I was frustrated and confused on presentation. The front desk staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful to explain the discrepancies. The staff and doctor was very thorough and friendly. Overall a very good experience, thank you.

I've only been here once, this week was going to be the second appointment made a year ago. I get a call today, 3 days before the appointment to tell me they can no longer do my afternoon appointment. With my work and daycare hours, mornings are just not easy for me to free up last minute. The receptionist calling wasn't apologetic and said the next afternoon available is 3 months from now...I explained why afternoons are necessary and she didn't have anything to say other than "January is the earliest we can do." This is the ONLY business I've ever dealt with where they don't try to be more accommodating from the optometrist "taking off the afternoon." It's just an eye exam that takes 15 minutes. It's wild to me that the optometrist can't stay late a different evening this week or next to accommodate those cancelled appointments that need to be later in the day. Honestly though, it was the callous receptionist overall that makes me want to find another eye doctor in the future.
