One Vision Health and Wellness 5 star in my opinion. I have had them as my eye doctors for years, as do my children who are now grown. They have great technology for diagnostics. They are friendly and professional and willing to take time to explain and answer questions. I wouldn't get my eyeglasses anyplace else. They are so helpful and attentive even in complex situations. On the rare occasion that there has been a problem with my glasses they have been very responsive to my needs. They are overall great to deal with.

I have been a patient of Dr Cross for the last 18 years and had the best of experience. However this last time, the staff has been extremely poor and unfriendly in responding to my request of frames and lenses. I have visited the office twice and called them more than 3 times but I never hear back from them. They are refusing to do a simple calculation for me to let me know what it would cost me to get the frame and lenses using my insurance and instead seem to be pushing me to get their 30% discount plan. Also I gave them details of a Nike frame that is available at VisionWorks for $249. Dr Cross's office ordered the same frame for me and are listing their price at $351. I plan to talk to Dr Cross and complain. Murali

Dr. Lisa Cox and her staff provided excellent service and care to both me and my wife. Their state of the art equipment provided me the confidence that I was receiving the best possible care through the latest technology. Dr. Cox patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a professional and caring manner. I highly recommend them.

I have a problem with my right eye and Dr. Cox goes out of her way to assure me and explain to me just what it all means and what causes it in her opinion. She is very specific and clear in her explanation so that she is sure that I understand and she always asks if I have any questions for her. I couldn't have found a nicer doctor, I think the world of her and her staff, they are all wonderful!

I have been coming to One Vison for several years now. They are always professional and thorough and make use of the latest equipment for screening of various eye diseases. One time I had an optical migrane at 9 PM on a Sunday night and they instisted I come in right then so they could check it out....that is service!

I am grateful for the high level of care that I receive at One Vision Health & Wellness. I strongly recommend them to families and adults with serious eye concerns.
