Folks let me tell you.... After some issues that had been resolved....
I must say that everyone from Christine, Denise, the staff at McMurray and even Greensburg and Pittsburgh locations up to Dr. Johnathon Lappen himself...
They all came through to rectify the issue and made sure that I was completely happy and satisfied with the end results.
Special thanks to Christina and Denise as they were initially the first of who had greeted me with such kindness and respect from the very beginning..
Also, thanks to Dr. Johnathon Lappen who had personally called me and met with me to make sure I was taken care of...

I found this practice to be less than what I would have expected. From the first moment I entered to the cold and rudeness of the the doctor. I would just say find another practice. I am 81 and I have seen many doctors over the years. I would put this one in the worst class.

I am a diabetic, Thought I would have a Complete eye workup, and all I received is an Standard eye exam. Said I had cataracts, 3 and 5 on a scale from 1 to 10 and made an appointment for a cataract surgeon...I went in with double vision..sad excuse
