Mechanicsburg Eye Associates

Check in was quick and easy. Was seen promptly for my appointment. Eye Technician was courteous and professional. Dr. Bhalani was pleasant. No complaints. Eye sight is good with no issues, don't need to come back till 2027. Very happy with that!

This was my first visit to this practice and it was extremely positive, from the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was treated with the repect and appreciation. I left another practice after their customer service went down, and decided to give Mechanicsburg Eye Associates a try, I just wish I would have made the move sooner, both the office and staff are very professional and actually listened to me and what i needed. I could not have asked for a better visit.

Very poor and disappointing experience. I called for an urgent appointment for my wife, who had a painful eye infection and difficulty seeing. Despite explaining the situation and mentioning she has been a patient here for over 5 years, the staff refused an appointment based on an assumption and then disconnected the call. Extremely unprofessional and lacking basic compassion. We will be changing providers.

This review is about the receptionist and scheduling team at my previous doctor's office. My doctor is leaving, so they called me to reschedule my appointment. First of all, she was extremely rude on the phone. She did not provide the details about the call and the appointment date and time, but when I called her back, she was unprofessional. She claimed that she had left the appointment details in my voicemail, but they weren't there. My appointment was in March, and she said she couldn't book me until September. When I asked her about a sooner appointment, she was rude and inflexible. Her attitude was dismissive, as if I should just take whatever she offered. I like my doctor, but due to her behavior, I canceled my visits and won't be going to the office anymore.

Emailed to make an appointment as a new patient for my 11 year old son. Was told to call in with required information so I figured I would stop in as it is only 10 minutes away. The receptionist was very rude saying we don't do this with walk ins. You usually have to call. She tells me to have a seat and she would get back to me. I sit there for 20 minutes and hear nothing. I get up to walk out and tell her don't worry about it, I'll find him a different eye doctor. She says she looked for me and don't see me.... I sat in the little lobby where she told me too! Hopefully the doctors are more capable than she is, we won't find out I guess.

I love this practice. I have been getting my eye care here for many years. The doctors are up to date on the latest technology and treatment, and I never feel rushed during my appointment. I have seen multiple physicians, and they are all superior. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. They offer glasses onsite with a tremendous selection of frames. I feel as though all of my eye care needs are met thoroughly. I highly recommend Mechanicsburg Eye Associates.

I'm not even a patient here but I reached out to their doctor on call when I had an eye emergency and I was floored by how amazing Dr. Emily Nesgoda was in her attention, responsiveness, and care. I would completely recommend her if you're looking for an eye doctor. Thanks again, Dr. Nesgoda!

I had a great experience with Lara Match. The staff was welcoming and the appointment was on time. The doctor explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure we understood eye conditions and glasses options. I never felt rushed and Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and caring eye care
